I thought it quite inappropriate to be handed a purchase (blouse rolled into a ball) with the comment , They" don't have bags anymore!!! Surely this is taking the plastic bag saga one step too far! A company the size of Cargo should be able to afford paper shopping bags for their customers."

The blonde woman on saturday morning needs to do a course on customer relations too busy to greet customers as she is checking her nails .. no can i help u ... only spoke when she was happy to take my money .I am not the only one to say this ... pity cause the clothes are really nice . Give someone else the job who is more professional and u might get returning customers !!!!
