I’ve had this bow since April now. When watching shows, I make a note of what episode I was up to because it’s almost like they allow other users on your profile. Sometimes Im up to episode 11 of 30 and then when I go to watch the next day, all episodes have been viewed under my profile even though no one else has access to my username and I only have it operating on the actual tv. I wasted so much time in the beginning trying to figure out what episode I was up to before I started taking note.Also the series section, doesn’t add new titles. It’s been the same titles since April.Only worth it if you watch live tv and even then it’s a pain in the a$$ because most Arab channels don’t have titles of shows coming up so it’s basically watch a new series at whatever episode is showing. There are better boxes out there and I will not be renewing after my year is up unless they add new titles to Arab tv series section

One of the best Tv viewing products I can now watch a lot of chanels am really happy if only I knew about this erlyer better than foxtel and Netflix stan etc thank you pro tv amazing.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWAREI don’t know how they are still trading, no support for this poor performing rubbish product, changed modems and tried every internet service provider including the recommended few by the seller of this rubbish and had nothing but buffering and frustration, didn’t watch one complete live event, attempted to take item back but never on-site at a working class persons time.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY AND ENERGY ON THIS.

Honestly with all the issues and bad customer service.I wouldn't recommended.Positive: The company did check to make sure you order the right thing before processing the payment/item. But if you didnt like it or have a issues all you will get from Protv is rudeness and miscommunication.Finally got my money back from my bank after Protv wasn't replying to my text and emails after agreeing give me a refund.Very disappointing.

Top service. They spent the time to show me how it all works, helped me set up the box and ran me through the install and honestly just really good to deal with. Took it home, plugged it in and it worked straight away, has literally everything we could ever want to watch and more.

Have called the store in regards to buffering issues. Tried to watch the fight, was totally unwatchable. Did speed tests, speeds and ping are perfect. Once fight was over, there was no buffer. Not an issue with my internet, it’s an issue with servers. Tried to get in touch via website chat, no reply. I have purchased 3 boxes totally regret it.

Getting all the newest movies and TV shows, good quality and explained all about it, very happy with our purchase, may look into getting another for a family member for X-Mas present.

Upgraded my modem, my nbn and data cabling, constant buffering on live tv. Whilst the movie aspect of the box is rather decent and user friendly, the live tv aspect is a major let down.
