My daughter needed an MRI. We were seen quickly and the staff made her feel very comfortable, even though she was worried. A very kind approach given the procedure.Thank you for looking after us.

Had scans there this week. I was nervous and anxious but the staff were all so lovely and helpful and really looked after me.

Congratulations to all of the staff for their pleasant and courteous behaviour. Doctor Smith, Darcy, Jasmine in fact all of the medical team were just fantastic. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Appointment was on time, both medical and reception staff were professionally friendly. They seemed to be following all the right COVID protocols. I think the IMED group tend to be one of the more expensive radiologists, an example price comparison is the same service costs $240 here as opposed to Direct radiology in South Melbourne costs $140 (I've also used the one on Collins St for a different service, similarly expensive) so if you're not in a rush to just get it done because of a certain convenience, could be worth seeking out other likely to be cheaper options. Paid parking across the road available however didn't see a lift so wouldn't be ideal for wheelchairs or prams, in which case paid street parking may be more suitable, or you'll just need to go round and round few times on the ramp as most lower levels would be reserved.

Terrible service. I had a confirmed appointment for 12.15pm, I arrived nice and early for my breast ultrasound to be told that my appointment was not until 1.50pm. I showed all the emails/texts received, confirming my time was when I said it was. As I was doing this on my lunch break from work, I did not have that time to wait around for nearly 2 hours. The staff member did not offer a solution and didn't seem to even give a flying hoot. No apology or offer to help find another day that would work. It was a case of like it or lump it. I left without doing my bilateral breast ultrasound and have booked into another provider. I suggest you look into your faulty booking system" and train your staff better on their customer service skills."

There was insufficient pricing transparency. After paying more than $700 dollars at I Med premises I was surprised to receive an invoice by mail from Melbourne pathology of $234 for biopsy analysis"

Extremely annoyed with IMed East Melbourne.After travelling 3 hours to the appointment and one days loss of pay, only to be told the 4D scan could not be done at East MelbourneThis was despite emailing the referral about 2 weeks prior and confirming appointment via phone.The receptionist was very apologetic and tried to assist us with an appointment same day at Sth Yarra. No luck.Now another 6 hours return travel next week,Extremely poor service from IMed.

Had a great experience getting an ultrasound during a stressful time. Professional & efficient from arrival. Recommend.

Had a CT & biopsy today. The staff were all fantastic. Thank you so mech for taking such good care of me. A big shout out to Jasmine who was there for me from beginning to end. ❤️

Doctor 10 stars ///Reception 0 starVery frustrating of their ways of solving the problems. Apparently they sent the report via the medical centre's PHONE NUMBER but not the FAX NUMBER. My GP and myself have both been waiting for 3 days for the report sending through until I spent whole day telling them TO SEND THE REPORT VIA THE FAX NUMBER INSTEAD OF PHONE NUMBER. Otherwise my report won't be sent through forever. I had to contact the medical centre to ask their fax number before calling I-MED back even this was not my job. And they didn't feel accountable at all until I raised my voice to tell them to send the report to the correct number. The doctors here are very friendly and efficient though.I really wish they can make improvements on this. You work at a medical workplace you should pay attention to details because it is serious about health. How many patients have not received their report on time because of this? This is not a joke.
