Fantastic setting for a delightful place to get local produce, an excellent cup of tea or lunch or a picnic hamper. The pies were so good we bought some to take home - Lamb curry.I would thoroughly recommend 'From the Paddock' and will certainly visit again.The ladies who looked after us were full of useful advice.I cannot speak highly enough of them and their shop.

Best coffee in the region by far. Excellent produce and frozen meals for the weekend away. Haven’t tried the picnic hampers yet but they sound wonderful. Knowledgeable staff if your looking for local info or bushwalking, bike rides, picnic spots etc. We will be back … a lot.

Absolutely beautiful location, very serene with amazing fresh food. The service was amazing and the team were very helpful to offer advice on the area and hiking trails. Definitely a special spot to return too with delicious food and tea/coffee. Thank you to the team there, we loved it!!

This establishment has a great rural setting with quite dramatic mountain scenery. The pies we had for lunch were delicious and the coffee was really good. I look forward to my next visit

I stay at a farm stay at nearby Olinda a few times a year but drove down to Capertee Valley one day and called in. I just had coffee and cake and both were great. I sat out on the veranda to beautiful mountain views . The people who run this place are very friendly and it’s well worth a visit.

Beautiful space to soak up the stunning escarpment of Glen Davis. Friendly service and the coffee is great. The turmeric latte is delicious with a delightful surprise at the end....

Wow, just had my first coffee at “paddock to plate”, what a rippa! This new cafe in Glen Alice just opened, and what a great stop-over for coffee or lunch (assemble DIY from fresh produce sold at the shop) when you are visiting the amazing Capertee valley. Great views from their covered deck area. Local produce including meats, honey, bread, garlic and more.

Went here two weekends ago on a camping trip and absolutely loved the place. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was delicious. We got a lamb pie which was probably one of the best i've ever had, and a ham and cheese toastie which had maybe balsamic vinegar or something on it? Whatever it was it worked perfectly and tasted incredible.Also bought a dozen fresh eggs which I cracked open when I got back to Sydney, super fresh and tasty.Would highly recommend.
