Best mechanic I've been to hands downAlways honest and never overcharges

Went in and wandered around for a while, looking for a tyre pressure gauge and eventually a boy appeared. I asked for tyre pressure gauges and he asked “analogue or digital?” I asked whats the difference and he replied “One is digital”! Wow, really explanatory, thank you! He indicated some and I asked “What’s the difference?” He just said “style”! There was a difference in price but he made no effort to explain the difference. I looked him straight in the eye and said “ You are not being very helpful, are you?” I chose one and he muttered under his breath, all the way back to the till. He rang it up without another word and I left the store, making a decision never to return to that shop, to be so belittled and treated so rudely.

Sorry to see moving from nambour, but being located in the main street isn't the best for a store as such or any enterprise for that matter. You will be greatly missed.

I'd been booked into one of Brisbane's Autobarns for about 5 weeks for an absolutely critical peace of work, that only Autobarn could do and it absolutely, for a number of reasons, had to be completed on the 31st of March. Low and behold 45 minutes before the work was to commence I got a call saying they couldn't fit me in anymore.I rang Autobarn at Nambour and they were fully booked but when I explained my situation they 'found a way' to accommodate my need.Brilliant people at the Nambour site and outstanding service.

The store itself is great and location is fine. However some of the trade staff are hit n miss. On two separate occasions now ive had to repeat my vehicle details to one staff member. He is either not interested in his job or needs to focus better on the task at hand. Really wanted to give 5 stars but thats just annoying.

Just wanted to say thanks to the young fellow at Nambour Auto Barn. My indicators in my old van weren't working and the fuse box had been swapped years ago, making it all a bit confusing however the young bloke took the time to go under the dash find and then solve the problem for me. Great service. Great work. Very happy and impressed with customer service he proved. The bloke was awesome. Cheers mate.

I bought a full sound system from these guys and they were more than helpful with advice and insuring I could come back and they would help me if I needed which I did one issue with my subwoofer but Andrew was the greatest help and fixed it for me in a couple minutes and have never been so happy with the audio quality and kind service of this store.

All the basics on hand at a very tidy and well arranged store. Staff willing to please although not always aware of specific items in stock. Glad they are my local parts store.
