I don't understand why people are complaining about this post office.Based on my experience, they are efficient, friendly and helpful.My opinion is some customers just don't get what they want and then abuse the staff, put all their frustration on them and then walk away.I feel sorry for the staff, I can't imagine myself if I'm in their position.

The Bellevue Hill Post Office never ever answer their phone so there is no point in ever trying to phone them should you have a query. On another occasion I visited the Post Office at 4.55pm but they had already closed! Not great.

My favourite post office ever. Very friendly and helpful staff, showing patients and great customer service even for rude and entitled customers... I would give ten starts if I could! Thanks for the great service :)

LPO Bellevue Hill are super helpful and touch wood never lose anything or run late. The owner Akil remembers my name and how I like to send plus does it super quick. I don't pass biz compliments easily but these guys have common sense and that's not too common PS never use Couriers Please they are so bad I can't even put it into words or I'd get emo......

Check your prices at Australia Post online first. They will continually try to charge you higher prices. This has happened several times.

Very inflexible, rude and severely need to work on their customer service. Especially watch out for the grumpy older man or the grumpy Indian man
