I would not suggest people to use their service. They are the worst accountant I have ever seen. They always telling lies. They took my case for 5 months. I need them to do the account reconciliation, BAS submission, and bookkeeping. But they didn't do anything over 4 months except submitted 4 NIL BAS of two years ago. And they charged me $300+. It is sooo strange that 5 mins work took them 4 months. No contribution, no support but only cheating.

Highly recommended! Excellentadvice and great responsiveness. I’ve had bad experiences with previous accountant and considering my tax return is quite complex, Rebecca has helped to correct the errors of past lodgements where possible. She has also guided me and explains best practices to adopt for better outcomes. I don’t ever post any recommendations as I find great service hard to come by, but she is very knowledgeable and very professional!

This is my fifth consecutive year of getting tax returns for both my company and myself with Solution In accounting. I find this company is absolutely one of the best accounting firms in Canberra with ample and very professional tax advice. More surprisingly, they have provided us tax planning advice for our investment properties, which has increased the overall value of our investment by almost a third! Staff are polite, knowledge, professional and responsible. Strongly strongly strongly recommend this accounting firm to every individual, business and company.
