Even though we had to wait for chicken to cook after accidentally handing our mega feast to customer in front. They were very apologetic and admitted their mistake. Happy to return

If you order at the counter and not drive through, your order will be 2nd rate as drive through is the priority.Customers at the counter are treated as a nuisance by staff who are indifferent, unrushed and who reply to a question about the 30-40min delay as ‘too bad’

This place is a joke and gives KFC a bad name. I ordered a 2 piece feed and the bread roll is bigger than the chicken. Bloody useless and slow service

45 mins for a 3 piece feed drink was hot chicken was cold and hard they just left it all sitting there for 45 mins with everyone standing round served no one just fixed orders they got wrong for 30 mins

The front of house is dirty, the afternoon we went there was no clean tables. The dining tables are worn out and tattered. Needs replacing. The Manager needs to be replaced. The staff are friendly, doing their best. These Corporation chains need to go, it's time the people started their own businesses.

Massive long lines in drive-thru, chicken in one pack was dry, lukewarm and tasted a bit off. Chicken in other pack was hot but very oily with skin breaking up and falling off(not in a good way, not nice. Chips under cooked, soggy and under salted. Bought a mousse deal pack and they forgot the mousse!!!

I was in a bit of a rush around 6 pm and decided to pop in the KFC Bundaberg for a quick bite... was I mistaken.I stood in line and waited nearly 15 min before my order was taken. I couldn't be bothered going somewhere else although it crossed my mind a number of times. There was a crew ordering 4 x big family deals and all wanted variations. There were two order stations but only b one being used and that person looked to have being trained.Why would a trainee be placed on one of the busiest times of day and why not have two order stations open.That considered, it took less time for my order to come out and the food was fresh luckily. The restaurant was busy so the noise level was quite high.Management just needs to review when to train staff and keep monitoring customer demands during busy times.

The drive thru is the slowest I have every experienced, recommend going to the kfc over East Bundaberg instead. I highly recommend that the higher management has a look at this branch as it has been the slowest service outlet for years and it needs to change asap
