Could not have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding! Stew was so easy to deal with and was more than happy to accommodate our input and vision for the day. The presentation of the graze was stunning and his wood fired pizzas were excellent! We have had so many comments from guests on the quality of the food. Can’t thank Valla Hinterland catering enough! Highly recommend

Fully recommend Stewarts service. He was easy to work with and approachable, which made one less headache to deal with planning our wedding. The food was beautiful and well presented, couldn’t fault the service for the night.

One word - YUM!!!! Stuart catered our wedding at the Never Never River and we received SO many compliments. Wedding food can sometimes be underwhelming, this was not the case with Stuart's pizzas at all. One of our guests said it was the best pizza they'd ever had! He also makes yummy salads and appetisers. Stuart himself is super friendly and professional and we loved the waitstaff he bought along. Will recommend Stuart to all our of friends! Thanks so much again!!

Stewart made sure our guests were extremely well fed at our April wedding. Communication was always easy and the menu he produced was out of this world. We would not hesitate in recommending Valla Catering for any occasion. You are a legend!

Valla Catering provided us with delicious food from a creative menu and gave great service at our family event.The children were served freshly baked pizzas which they loved.Stewart is very personable and well organised in managing his business.He communicates directly and replies quickly to queries and requests.I would highly recommend this catering service for events and celebrations.

We had Stewart cater woodfire pizzas at our wedding, they were absolutely AMAZING, and such an easy option to have. Everyone loved them. It was the best option for us because he didn’t need to be hooked up to water or electricity, unlike a lot of other caterers.He also made some platters for my 90 guests, I brought the food and he set up. So easy, and they looked awesome!!!!Easy to deal with, value for money and reliable. All 3 things any bride needs when planning a wedding.
