Washington Nails

I have been to this shop 3 times now. First visit, excellent, second visit, terrible! The girl kept nicking me with the metal grinding wheel, shape was wrong. Another girl came over to fix it. I've just gone back again thinking the last one must have been a once off. NO! Horrible again. Same rough treatment with nicking me with the grinder, my nails are SNS so over my own nails yet somehow she made one if my nails crooked, (really crooked)lengths did not match either. Now I have an infected finger from where she cut my skin. Will NEVER go back this place should be shut down. No continuity in their work and obviously not safe if I have an infected finger!!

Just went to this place and will not return. They did a reasonable job of the nails but disgustingly rude staff.

Terrible, only cut nails and filed. Still rough and looked worse than when I went in. Was quite rude when asked to fix. Would not return.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The woman who did my nails was incredibly rude and rough, and repeatedly nicked my fingers with the electronic filer. When I jumped in pain after my skin had been burnt, she got annoyed at ME. While she was filing my nails, I asked three times for them to be filed shorter and she ignored me. She just went to start painting them. I again asked for them to be filed shorter and the woman said something to another lady (I couldn’t understand what she said), who came over and said ‘they are short enough’. I was incredulous. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here, as I see that others have had similar experiences. You couldn’t pay me to go back here. Zero stars.

The worst nail shop I have ever been too, I asked for French tip SNSThey said yes then proceeded to show me a clear nail saying this works better, appliedd a full nailcoverage not just a tip and applied polish then the glue started burning while my hands where under the lights when I told the girl she ignored me.A young girl entered the store while I was there and they where clearly speaking about her and laughing continually spoke in their own language not ever trying to speak to their costumers, they are one of the worst nail shops I have ever been too, I don’t think they should be open to the public they are rude and do not do their job properly and do not do what their customers want I will never go back to that shop again horrible place !I have only given one start as I could not post without any they don’t deserve that single star

Used to really like this place. My recent visit however was super disappointing. The prices have gone up ridiculously and make no sense. I wanted coloured tips with SNS the lady started doing them and then realised the powered doesn't make the tip line crisp. She then talked to her colleague about it who asked me to change colours and pick one of the shellac polishes to be painted on top of my SNS as it was my fault for choosing the wrong type. Surely if you knew you couldn't do tips with SNS you would tell me when I first asked? (Many other nails places to tips with SNS no worries). Anyway final outcome was messy and patchy and they made me pay so much extra just for a coloured tip.

Got acrylic refills done here and shellac polish, 2 days later my nails were already chipped and “shellac” was peeling. Never had shellac peel in 2 days before, I paid extra for it not to peel. Very disappointed.

Would NOT recommend! Seeing as it’s based it bayside, highly suggest going to VY nails, Chelsea nails, NW nails or Rosa Nails instead of this place. From the moment I walked in I was looked as disgustedly and when I asked for one of their services both ladies huffed and ignored me. It was rushed, painful and the outcome looked terrible!! Not to mention the whole time I was spoken rudely of. I’ve never wrote a review before but think it’s important, seeing as this was the worst nail experience I’ve encountered. Really try to avoid, they should be shut down.
