I found this place in March, when out hooning, after about a week guy came out to measure up my gates. Pulled out poles and disconnected clamps. But never got a quote?? Would have been good before shed went up. Trucks coming and going. Still dragging old fence, othe side hanging by a hinge. Thanks for nothing. Have try Watsons fencing, they might know how to do gates.

Andy and the crew were excellent, they turned up on time, the workmanship was first class and they left my yard tidy after all work was completed. They are a testament to your business and provided me with a positive customer experience thank you guys.

Receptionist Tracey's professionalism is appalling. I asked to pay for only my gates out of the quote for the time being, only for her to tell me she needs to change the quoting price significantly and it isn't worth their time" to complete such a small job. Apparently

Waited 4 weeks out of 5.Workmanship on fence panels was poor by welding slag left on work and then powder coated over.No help to locate and load finished job.Very disappointed and wouldn't bother dealing there again.

We are very impressed with our new fences. At the planning stage, the Fencing Factory staff provided friendly, patient and expert advice. Their estimations of cost and installation date turned out to be very accurate. The installers arrived at the promised time, discussed the fence design and placement and then completed the fence exactly as we wanted. Very professional and friendly guys. Thank you.

Shoddy workmanship at best. Don’t shop here. The fence was installed a month ago and the paint is peeling from the gates. It was not primed or undercoated.Signed up to them in October last year and had to chase them for installation in January after they forgot about me!Glen was argumentative when I lodged my concerns with him installing metal box section across my driveway in order to accomodate the hairpins and bridge the gap between the cement and the cement of my driveway. They failed to take into account the angle of my driveway. They had visited 3 times since in total they should have known better. I could roll under the gap rendering the fence purely decorative. They installed the latch on the wrong side of the fence to what we had requested. They eventually fixed this by SCREWING it in on the correct side. So basically any crim could unscrew the latch rather than welding it or pop riveting it.When I refused to pay until my issues were addressed the owner Glen decided to repo the gates rather than fix my issues.Had to get QBCC involved and after they reinstalled the gates, the latch didn’t even line up to be locked!!!He never fixed the screw issue and while he did install new hinges to close the gap between the driveway and the fence they failed to properly secure the hairpins! This then resulted in the gates flying open and bending gates’ hinge. The bending of the hinge was partially attributed to the gate flying open the wrong way during an evening. The other was because the installers FAILED to put all the screws into the hinge to give it enough support to stop the bending!!!!!!!Cost cutting in every sense of the phrase. Difficult to deal with. Never in a million years should you buy with this kind of workmanship.I’ve reached out to Glen to rectify the bent hinges twice. But since he’s been paid he clearly is ignoring further issues and not acknowledging a 12 month warranty- yet the fence was installed just 1 month ago. No good!!!!!!In response to Glens response below. - The hairpin was not secured properly because the installers didn't use all the screws and it FELL OFF! Hence the the gate flew around in the wind.... Great workmanship .......... Definitely a warranty issue for both the hairpin and the resulting damage. But thanks Glen for the recommendation that I should make payment to the insurance company to fix YOUR bad workmanship.Clearly because it is a galvanized steel fence, the fencing factory is okay with chunks of paint peeling off. See photos attached.Payment was made on 27/10 but their acknowledgment of the payment was a month later - I suppose they think this means they conducted the work within the notified time? The work commenced on Thursday 27/1 and initially concluded 28/1. Not fully fixed until April 2022 PS for those that struggle to count thats 17 weeks to conclude the construction.- even then clearly not completely as the hairpin fell off a week later........Once again, argumentative as you can see from the responses and unwilling to fix their mess ups. See photos attached and NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!
