I had a very unpleasant experience at Melbourne Voice Centre after waiting months for an appointment they were not able to help me with my concern. They could have been open about not being able to help with the concern outlined in my referral and emails to them before the appointment but instead I was charged $130.00 for a 15 minute appointment that didn’t offer me any solutions. When I called and tried to speak to the manager a few times I was told she was busy and that it’s best to email! Very disappointed.
