Casphone Phone and Computer Repairs

They fixed my phone in a very responsible manner, very different from what I’ve received from happytel yesterday. I appreciate that. After happytel had failed to fix my phone by cleaning as they suggested, today I went to casphone. After the staff had checked my phone and found out the issue, he frankly told me that he was not able to help with, and suggested me to another shop of theirs as there’s a more senior staff can help me with. I went there and told him what had happened, and the senior staff pinpointed the possible problems of my microphone straightaway, saying that he would check the charging port for me as it’s where the microphone is. Which is funny ( it’s actually a leftover issue from happytel i first went with my charging port issue. They fixed it badly and my microphone didn’t work well since that. I went to another happytel telling them what happened. The staff fixed the charging port nicely for me this time for free but couldn’t fix the microphone issue. I appreciated his work. But my microphone was still not fixed and it was indeed caused by happytel) But anyways, That’s the history background. So the senior staff of casphone fixed my microphone (after about half year since the first happytel shop which failed to fix my original issue of the phone which is the charging port, and instead damaged my microphone by the way) by cleaning(which was exactly the happytel I went yesterday claimed they did but failed to fix. This really puzzles me. And I actually went today to them first telling them it’s not fixed, but they insisted on the cleaning charge and meantime suggested me to change a part without even checking the phone. Kinda rude and irresponsabile, what is that freestyle solution? Why should I be responsible for their either improper fixing or wrong judgement? ) the residue out of the charging port(caused by the first happytel, unable to fix by second and third happytel. (The third Happytel even did the same service, but didn’t achieve the same success I have got from casphone.) Thank you casphone. You guys are by all means 360 degrees a lot better than happytel! I’m not hating happytels as you might have thought from what I vent. But, after all this time, energy, money, and the comparison from casphone service today, I eventually did. I’m sorry I have to.Anyways, thx for fixing my phone in such a careful and professional manner! Thank you! You guys are the best!!!

POOR TECHNICAL SKILLS AND HOPELESS ($55.45 service fee)(Driving from Brisbane to Townsville)Suddenly my Iphone stopped to work in Rocky. I took it to Casphone shop in Stockland on 06/01/22 hoping they could fix it. Unfortunately I was told that my phone could not be repaired cause its main board got faulty. Then I suggested if they could at least extract my data from faulty phone and transfer to new one. However I was told by technician" it was not possible anymore. Then I asked for a help if I could borrow just for a couple of minutes a phone to use the Whatsapp then getting in touch with my family and letting them know I am well but no communication cause I had an phone issue. Again I was told they could not help me

Brought my phone in to get a second opinion. Apparently my phone was not fixable and I was told to buy a new phone. Phil and Bread were very welcoming and reassured me that it could in fact be fixed. $170 was definitely better then a $600 refurbished phone. Thankyou guys much appreciated and will be back :)

Giving you a two stars for the surcharge you charge for using EFTPOS. This is pretty tight.

This place is a joke! I got a brand new iphone from telstra and left it with them to get a tempered glass screen protector the Guy was busy so i had to leave with him for a while, all good i did! I went back paid happy days thinking wow they did a great job couldn’t even notice it . Never had one before so i didn’t know what to expect. Recently had an incident small crack across screen went in today to get screen protector taken off to find out there wasn’t one on there!! The guy there said $180 for a screen replacement !! What the hell! Did the other person like a year ago just forget to put a screen protector on my phone?Wouldn’t bother going there lucky telstra puts the tempered glass screens on now and offers life time warranty !
