I am a very anxious person so the idea of trying Pole was something I always wanted to do but was too scared to, but I'm so glad I did. All the teachers are fantastic and take the time to help you learn, build strength and encourage you. There's a wide range of classes to suit whether you just starting out or are more advanced and always a fun atmosphere

Couldn’t recommend this venue more!! The trainers are incredible, friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure you’re having fun. Be prepared for the sexiest workout you’ve had in a while!

I have trained at different pole studios and this studios has the right culture!!! Right teachers that can tailored their teaching style to suit your pace of learning and skill level. It’s such a fantastic culture advanced girls to Beginners chatting and encouraging each other!!! If you haven’t tried pole dancing, aerial yoga or Calisthenics you should come this studio. X

So much fun attending a hens party at Rokh! None of us had any prior experience, and Ash and Bree were SO fun and patient with us! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great hens party idea or new pole studio.
