Horrible reception service. I waited for 30 mins on a call to speak to someone. An arrogant person picked up and did not want to help my unwell wife. I pleaded with her to help check on my wife's past appointment as the doctor had asked for an urgent scan with the same centre to check against her baseline scan. The receptionist was rude, showed no care or understanding, and did not want to help. She is not fit to be a medical receptionist or manage patients. A robot could replace her.

I never came across with such bad service. I tried to make an appointment on the phone and there was a 1 hour waiting. Doctor recommended to do the scan on the day and even as there was nobody in the waiting room they said that it wasn't needed to be done on the day. They even charge over 100 dollars for an ultrasound which is with the reduction of Medicare. Luckily we changed to another company (capital radiology) and saved over a 100 dollars and had excellent service. Never coming back there and not recommended

Had a great experience here today. The receptionists were lovely and helpful. They provided me with very clear instructions for the requirements prior to my scan. My referral was originally for a bulk billed examination, so they also factored that in when charging me. I was able to get a same day appointment which was even better!The sonographer was fantastic. He kept me calm and adequately informed throughout the scan, made a real effort to build rapport and had a conversation with me.Can't remember any names but I attended on 16/07/20 at 4pm. Would be great if you could thank the people involved.

today I had my 13weeks ultrasound scanning here( I was late to organise it and did it in 15 weeks). I had a great experience, the lady staff (unfortunately I don't know her name), but that angel was explaining everything in a beautiful way. she is considerate and thoughtful. This is my second pregnancy and I wouldn't be wrong if I say this is the first time I am receiving an outstanding service from a radiology center.I am thankful to that kind hearted lovely staff from I-med who made my day. Definitely visit you again for my next ultrasound scanning.Thank you.

Booked online and arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as per the confirmation email. Arrived and told due to being a walk-in clinic there was a long wait regardless of the fact I had booked an appointment. When I stated that making an appointment was a wast of time and a pointless exercise I didn’t get any response.

I booked an X-ray appointment since I didn’t want to wait as I was only 2 weeks post op and couldn’t sit too long without my foot up.I waited 35 minutes past my booked time! There were lots of walk ins and one who arrived after me went in before me! (Same radiographer) What is the point of making an appointment? Plus the radiographer was quite rough with my operated foot which was sore.

I got to the place about 8 minutes before my appointment and got told to read all the COVID stuff, the same ones I was asked on the phone when I booked the appointment , to be honest it was more like I was being Interrogated. I think it must have been 6 or 7 questions without stopping.Like most people I have had enough of all this,On the good side of this dispite having to wait another 30 minutes the nurse/staff member was very efficient doing the CT scan, as always the centre is clean

my rating is purely from the phone call. trying to make a booking and the guy was so extremely rude . telling me i can’t bring my 3 year old then when i said i can’t leave her home alone he asked the manager coming back to tell me fine she can come she needs to sit still and be quiet !who speaks like that to people. so rude i have canceled my appointment and will never come back here again

Sarah, the technician who did my scan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My appointment was at 2pm and I arrived at 1.30pm. I was seen at 1.40pm and was finished by 2pm. Receptionists were pleasant. However calling for an appointment over the phone may take sometime for the call to be answered. We ended up booking in-person at the centre itself.
