I purchased these neoprene SuperTrim seat covers for my 2021 RAV 4. The purchase process was easy and the communications with Bill in Australia was excellent. Bill assisted me every step of the way and was exceptionally responsive. The covers were shipped by Australian Post and arrived in very reasonable time even given the global supply chain issues. I am very happy with the “top quality” product and the snug fit. After market seat covers are always a challenging product, but SuperTrim did a great job with their no nonsense construction. Recently received seat covers for late model MU-X and I am really impressed. The neoprene feels hardy, but comfortable and the covers are a lovely, snug fit.Passenger front cover has a slot for the bag hook, 2nd row has holes for the latch and third row have slots for the adjustment strap.Intuitive to install, god workmanship and great customer service when I contacted them for an ETA.Buy stuff from these guys with confidence.

Purchased 2022 Isuzu MU-X neoprene covers for all 3 rows. Fit like a glove! Console lid cover and Aussie-made dash mat are also top notch. Any questions I had were dealt with quickly and thoroughly, great after sales service. Don't waste your money on cheap seat covers, do it right first time with Supertrim. Thanks team!

2021 Mitsubishi ASX5 stars for quality2 stars for difficulty of installation (for the back seat)What a roller coaster of emotions! I was so excited when I opened my new seat covers, it was clear the quality had absolutely lived up to the expectation but my excitement soon turned to frustration while trying install them.I live in Brisbane but It would have been faster to drive to their office in Victoria to have one of their guys install them for me. Absolute terrible instructions that are vague and unclear and the QR code didn’t work for the installation video- also couldn’t find it by doing a online search. The website was terrible and I really feel like it would be beneficial for I have someone rewrite the instructions.Now that the covers are in they look and feel great and I would 100% recommend to them to anyone who has the patience to put them in!

Supertrim were very accommodating with their installation scheduling with me. Their seat cover for my ute are great. I do not notice I even have seat covers on as they were fitted professionally at a very small extra charge which is well worth it. I highly recommend their product and customer service is great. (Front seat full length with map pocket, heavy duty Neoprene, next-gen Ford Ranger XLT)
