Have to give 5 stars coz all the one stars are blocked.I bought bracelet from this place about one and half month ago. It has broken after a week time,Got it fixed from them. Broken again after two weeks. Weny to get it fixed again.Instead of fixing the previous issue ( round ones were moving ) , they broke it themselves while fixing it, and fixed it with an added stitch without informing me. I could not understand, why they added a stitch. Next day, chain broke from the same place. Went back to show-They did not accept that they broke it, but offered me to add another stitch..so, if you buy from them, you should have time to go back again and again to add stiches on it..You will be wearing gold full of visible stitches.I asked them for exchange—Then they refunded me $568 out of $755 as per deducted labour and GST acc to policies and terms and conditions.. which you can sell anywhere in the market.Please be ready for at least this much lose after one and half month or be ready for wearing gold full of stitches…

Very Happy with the Service , Shop has the best design and quality.Visited just to look and get details, no plan of buying, came out buying .. :-) .The shop is pretty good as a jewellery shop, Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Yes, I was picky to select Gold Jeweller to sell my wedding sets. Selling wedding sets are bit emotional thing but Thanks to the elder brother there who made this process easy and transparent. We being honest and he was straight-forward. I understand it was a busy day and we went there to sell not to buy and he patiently addressed all our concerns and we patiently waited for him to deal us. They are true professionals, recommended.

I asked them to make a ring out of my pearl and they beautifully created the ring. It's strong, beautiful, made out of best quality silver and the design I'd outstanding and strong to support my 10 carat pearl. I like their honesty when they actually ask customers to take picture of their product, price n making details. This is is really appreciated. They are trustworthy jwellers and I highly recommend Dhunna Jewellers to all.
