Very compassionate towards my daughter but also us as parents. Kept us constantly informed during the hospital procedure. Dr Matt is fantastic.

You never want to see a specialist. Especially when it comes to your children. This team was absolutely amazing and insanely supportive. They talked me through everything and made sure I understood what was needing to be done.

I would highly recommend you get a second opinion. Had we taken the advice provided; my son would have had an extraction, two crowns, a spacer potentially 4 fillings and the moulers sealed. All under general anaesthetic. We attended another paediatric dentist by which my son was only required one extraction and one crown. All completed under local anaesthetic. I’m sure Dr Fracaro is a good dentist but I would definitely recommend gaining a second opinion; prior to any works being completed.

We had a fantastic experience with Dr Matt and his team. Our 4yr old son had some underdeveloped teeth with a number of issues (and he was starting to experience pain). Matt explained everything very succinctly and kept us fully updated from the first visit all the way through to post-op. The way Matt and his team dealt with our son was excellent - our son felt fully comfortable and trusting of Matt and his team. The process went smoothly and our son made a speedy recovery with minimal pain.Matt's compassion and empathy were on show throughout the process, even calling /sending follow-up messages on Sunday post the procedure to check our son was ok. Children's health is so important (and tricky at times) so we feel grateful to have had such a painless experience with Matt and his team. Highly recommended and we will be back should any of our children need specialist dental work.

I took my 11 year old son to Dr Fracaro to have teeth removed due to overcrowding. He was wonderful and very caring! My son was able to watch movies while the procedure was being completed which was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend Dr Matt more highly. He and his beautiful staff have looked after both my girls for over 10 years! He is amazing with children and an expert in his field.

I would recommend Dr Matt to anyone who is in need of specialist care for their child's dental needs. My daughter required paediatric crowns as a result of underdeveloped molars and he did everything possible to explain the treatment in detail and put me, my husband and my daughter at ease.Every question was answered and we were completely confident that our little girl was in very safe hands. Communication during the procedure was exceptional - with four calls from the surgery room during the one hour surgery time. Of added importance was the continuity of people from the consultation to the surgery. My daughter knew the faces in the room and felt safe.The follow-up on the next day (a Saturday) was also great, giving us the chance to ask any questions we may have had.I couldn't speak highly enough of Dr Matt and his team!

I'm really happy with our whole experience with Dr Fracaro, we had been to a number of pediatric dentist before we were referred to him and he was by far the best one we had been too. His staff were all so friendly and helpful, Dr Fracaro was very kind and respectful everytime he talked to us and when interacting with our son. He did a really good job on our sons teeth, worth the money we spent. My husband and I were really nervous about our son going through the treatment and also going under general anaesthesia but the whole experience ended up being a really positive one. We highly recommend him!

We were referred by a dentist to them as my son has one teeth needs to be removed. After consultation with Dr. Fracaro, we received a shocking quotation which is $4000 plus. Also they took X-ray which cost $600 although I told them we had photos from the previous dentist. Recommend to get the second opinion. In the end, I only spend $200 -$300 dollars ( out of pocket) to fix my son's teeth at another local dentist. Dr. Fracaro told us two teeth need crowns and the surgery need to be done in hospital ... In fact, they are not necessary.

Dr Fracaro was introduced to our family about 7 years ago - for our daughters dental care. She was born prematurely and we had some concerns about her teeth that were cutting through. Dr Fracaro was so wonderful and really went above and beyond to explain what was happening and how best we could work her dental care moving forward.7 years on, and 3 more children - we still see Dr Fracaro.He over sees their dental checkup, any dental concerns and especial the dental care of our 2 premature children. Having Dr Fracaro oversee both their dental development and oral health has been I valuable.We also have a child who is extremely fretful of some doctors due to her medical history but will easily go to see Dr Fracaro.The Team at Dr Fracaro’s clinic are just as lovely and are always beautiful to talk with - either on the phone or in person.We honestly couldn’t recommend or speak more highly of Dr Fracaro. We have sent so many other families to Dr Fracaro & everyone we send there says how wonderful Dr Fracaro’s professional care is with children.Thank you Dr Fracaro & Team.
