I have been dealing with this branch since 2014 and nothing is ever a problem for them,if I have been after a different brand that they don’t stock,they will go out of their way to get it.The team of Kellie,Jayden and Luke is fantastic!!!!! Would recommend these guys to anyone!!!!

Started my application for a TV and a computer a week ago I have sent thought every think then took them 4 days to get back to me asking for my rental lease sent that thought just to wait 2 more days to be told no sorry we can't help so I went to radio rentals today and applied for what I wonted and walked out with my product. 1st choice is very not professional nor good at costumer service in them few days I had rang to talk to the lady that was dealing with my application and every time I got told she is in another call I said happy to wait so I was put on hold for 19minute then got told she was unavailable so if u are dealing with a Brianna good bloody luck

Excellenct experience with 1st Choice Rentals. Rented a fridge and washing machine for a month as I was moving. Dropped both off same day I requested it and pick up same day too! Reasonable pricing without hidden costs. Quick, convenient, and very professional. Thanking the 1st Choice Rentals team!
