After roaming around the store and looking I lined up to the counter as there was only one person serving at the counter other staff members I guess where busy doing stuff after a bit of time , it was my turn to be served, they did not have what I needed , but they did inform me where I could get the bits I needed , just felt let down by how long I had to wait in line for to be told they could not help try this place , but as I said once it's your turn to be served by that staff member did help and watched her give good customer service so good to see .

Excellent service from these guys.I was looking for a part for my lawn mower to get it back working. I gave them a call and gave them the part number.The guys looked it up on their computer and said they didn’t have one BUT he then said ‘just let me check out back’. One minute later he said ‘we have one left’.And it was a great price too!I was so pleased because it was just after Christmas so I wasn’t expecting anyone to have this part. But these guys did.Super happy and highly recommended.

The service was great and friendly. The gentleman knew exactly what I needed for my mower. And with the Generator's the explanation was very simple and easy to listen to. Information was great.
