I attended the office this morning to submit some paperwork on behalf of my disabled son. The staff were all very friendly and patient and were handling the multitude of inquiries in a very efficient manner.Special mention to Daniel for his excellent service and professional manner.

Went here twice in the past week. Staff have poor communication and customer service skills. Their way of “helping” was by giving me information I had already told them or I had been told previously. Every staff member I spoke to appeared to have no understanding of their industry, cut me off mid sentence when I was trying to explain my situation and gave me laughable advice when they told me they couldn’t help. Pretty much told me that a fault in their system was my problem, not theirs. Waited an hour both visits for a staff member who was not even there. Mistakes happen, communication isn’t always clear, but they appear to not even have the capacity to treat people kindly or show an ounce of understanding to problems with their services. Would rather be on hold over the phone for six hours with Medicare than EVER try receive help here again.

The woman checking people in at the counter clearly hates her job, hates herself and hates people walking through the Cheltenham branch. Shame on you for speaking to people the way you do and treating them like sub species of humans! The person checking in should be a little bit more customer friendly and at least bubbly in their personality. You, on the other hand, are a shameful individual and you need to be fired or moved to a location that doesn’t concern or face customers. Absolutely shameful!

I with clinical depression having ongoing specialist management. Since few weeks now l regressed, drinking excessive, can't eat,confused, .... struggle to speak to service officer at centrelink waiting 30mins + every single bloody time. We got regulations most of us are honourable reporting to government services because we receive monitory support. Right now l'm mentally struggling

My daughter and I were met by a friendly face and despite having no appointment were given a slot. We were attended to very quickly and Selma was amazing. Friendly, engaging, helpful, patient, kept us informed of what was going on, never gave up. Truly a pleasure to have met you folks and many thanks to the chap on the door who noticed I had dropped a passport and quickly recovered it and called me back to get it. Amazing team.

Today (26 Oct 22) I went to Centrelink in Cheltenham to inquire about a problem with my payment. My interview was with a lovely lady named Janine who was not only so polite and helpful but solved my problem so efficiently. This lady is indeed an asset to this organisation. Thank you Janine!

Contrary to numerous experiences mentioned here, I found the staff I dealt with all to be polite, amicable and empathetic.Was a welcome change that very much stood out from dealings in previous branches, where staff more often than not appeared to have lost touch with their humanity.
