A little gem of a store. I noticed something in the window display and walked out with a box full of goodies. The staff were very friendly, the stock was clean. I feel I walked out with a bargain, knowing I was reusing something that could have ended up as landfill, and my money was going to a good cause.

I decided to have a look at this store while waiting for someone in the nearby doctors. I am not sure if this is the norm at this store, however, i was disgusted at the complete lack of compassion and care shown by David" who was working behind the counter

This is my favourite vinnies. Staff are always nice and their prices I believe are reasonable unlike cannon hill vinnies. Love this shop :)

The staff were lovely. I found a few brand name items for a good price and saw the same shirt I had when I was 17. It brought back memories so I had to get it.

Had the typical run in with the same two women I've had before. To cut a long story short they kept the goods and credit and I left the store empty handed. After calls and them being found out again it was resolved . These women are rude gossipers, never serve customers, and often talk badly about others. And if it wasn't for Louise it's her that holds the store together. Well Done Louise.

If you are looking for used/recycled clothing and even's men clothing, then this is a good place. So far I have bought a business shirt, blue jeans and cream jeans from here. All good. John and Louise are friendly. I see some comments about the prices; well I found them fine and it's for charity too.

Felt very unwelcome in the store. A staff member greeted and acknowledged other customers, unfortunately was not offered the same courtesy. He did follow me out of the store, to make I didn't take anything though. Don't worry, I won't be returning.

Lovely ladies customer service. Got a shirt for $7, dresses for $7, $9 and $15. Good range and large store. Would have bought more if I had more time.
