Our waitress was super rude. The service staff in general appear to make an effort to ignore customers.Reading past reviews, this appears to be an ongoing problem for the restaurant. The restaurant will reply with a generic copy paste response and do nothing about it.If you're looking for good hotcakes and trash service that will ruin the rest of your weekend. This is the place for you.My big brekkie order has THREE spinach leaves.

Ricotta Panckes 6/10Full Aussie 7/10Orange juice 8/10Iced Matcha 6/10Bills was recommended but I wouldn’t come back. Despite having to wait a bit, the process of being messaged when seats were ready was convenient. Once we sat down it was hard to be served and get the attention of the wait staff. The ricotta hotcakes were nice but nothing too spectacular. The eggs from the full Aussie was definitely interesting and probably the highlight of the meal. It was was dog friendly which was positive.

Very popular place. We had to wait about 30 minutes. The poke bowl was really good but the pancake was slightly burnt.

We ate the pancakes and chili brioche rolls with bacon and egg. Former fluffy and looked great but was disappointingly bland and required syrup or compote to taste any good. Latter tasted great. Price was steep for the quality and service.

A wonderful breakfast experience. The venue itself was stunning with a real 60s 70s feel. The Ricotta pancakes were the best I have had and went so well with the butterscotch butter and fruit. Definitely a place i would go back to to try the trst of their menu.

We waited for 35mins to dine-in on Sunday but the service was quick and food didn’t take long. The pancake was perfect. It was definitely worth it :)

My friend and I dined at bills for brunch, was offered still or sparkling water so we went with sparkling water. We waited 40mins for a table, finally sat down and the restaurant was very packed and all the tables were very close together. Food was good but it didn’t live up to the hype. When paying, we were charged $10 for the water ($5pp) which we thought was just table water! Probably won’t be going back.

An interesting institution. A very popular breakfast spot for Sydney siders. Decided to take a table outside to skip the line for a table inside. What then happened was a queue formed and everyone lined up right in front of the tables outside the restaurant. We felt boxed in and very awkward. Not a relaxing experience at all.Ricotta hotcakes were nice and light. The $3 addition for sourdough toast that was rock hard is disappointing.Would I recommend to others? Well people will want to try this place regardless because of its famous eggs and hotcakes. Just don’t sit outside.
