Attended on 28th January at 1645hrs to get couple of passport size photos printed. Teenage staff on duty were busy chatting away while customer was waiting, did not know much at all. Below average customer service.

Understaffed store at busy hours. Customer service is below expectations. I paid twice and the cashiers did not ask me if I had flybuys.

Despite the negative reviews noted, I have always had positive experiences. Easy to price match without questions asked. Love the business strategy. Keep it up Officeworks! Not the store fault but the phone reception in the store is not the best.Recently went to enquire about printing wedding invitation. I didn't quite catch the staff member's name who helped me but they were very knowledgeable on the different papers available and provided excellent advice. I felt she truely went above and beyond!

One of.my local Officeworks. It's located in a group of shops in Five ways that includes Super Cheap and a 24 hour gym which means you can compete for car parking. It has the drop off and collect parcel service located there. Not one of the larger stores and quite often when you order a item like a camera it has to be ordered in from another store.

SOLD ME A USED RETURNED SAMSUNG TABLET A8 WITH THE BOX SEALS BROKEN AND SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE GLASS SCREEN I AM SO ANGRY I PAID FILL NEW PRICE $347!!! Just bought an hour ago before they closed!!! I will be going back in the morning seeing who is responsible for this !

I called them to ask if their passport photo service is available or not and they said yes it is available. Then I drove to the store for a photo and then found out that service is not available due to some paper / printing issue. Then I went to office works in dandenong south and it was not available due to some tech issue. This has now happened twice in last few months where passport photo service was unavailable. They should really consider their capabilities before they advertise these things in there website ☹️

The printing queue is so long and service is so slow. The self service machines to print photos all do not work. They promote self service but everyone ends up in a queue. I have tried all 4 machines and none of them are working. They need to either invest in staff or improved technology.

I’m usually a very patient person and come here to do printing jobs and purchase most products here.The counter print line is normally very busy and self service as well.So because the self serve print machines were busy, I went to over the counter to do a print job.However the asian guy working there did not bother to tell me that my usual job that is $0.10 a copy, ended up being $0.20 a page.Like what? Double the amount and then when I asked him, he said oh because the paper is better and it prints faster as well!?!?Dude, it would’ve been PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE and TRANSPARENCY had you told me to that to begin with, so that I could have an option to choose, instead of telling me after you had started printing the pages.722 pages and $144 later!?!?This makes me so mad.Just because you’re busy, doesn’t mean you do this to your customers and just casually give off the ZERO care kind of reply, with it is what it is kind of answer.This guy needs training or to be booted out of this section.Hayden at least would’ve been more clear and transparent - I didn’t see him at the time.

I agree with previous reviewers; the self serve photo machines are close to being useless and it’s due to the weak wifi reception in the store. No other option than to connect my iPhone via USB and then scroll through my photos on screen, which takes forever. To give you an estimate, took around 40 mins to print 20 photos from my iPhone; far too long!Other than that, store is alright. Plenty of parking out front, staff are ok.

Staff members cannot find appropriate items, claiming that they are out of stock. We were sent elsewhere but then we just went home and used click and collect. Then had to drive back to the store to get it.
