Rude service from the lady with bright orange hair and her other team member, looking down upon me and sniggering and scoffing when I was talking. I think I'll stick to online shopping. Not to mention typos products have really gone downhill, things used to be bright and colourful now everything is dull.

The lovely assistant could not have been more helpful when I acquired blue ink all over my hand. Plus the fantastic gel pens I bought are really worth the money. Thanks, Typo, thanks lovely assistant.

Good for gifts especially for teenagers into stationery etc , BUT pricey ..wait for the sales/specials or coupon from their calender (each month has a coupon for a specific item or discount). Situated inside Ocean Keys shopping centre.

Went there yesterday around 1pm looking for Birthday gift ideas. Myself and partner were ignored the whole time as the two girls stood behind the counter chatting away amongst themselves. Not even a simple hello. I noticed other shoppers also being completely ignored and they all left.

Oh typo is my most favourite shop! I love to wander around at typo and have a look at their unique collection. And also, if I'm not intending to buy anything, I always end up buying stuff from Typo because of their cute collection.

the lady with red hair on thursday night was so lovely, made sure i was safe leaving the store as there was some commotion on outside which i appriciated heaps!
