Always have the best experience in the worst situations with our fur babies. They even picked up on, diagnosed & administered medication for an illness our pup had been battling for 6 years, that was completely ignored from the previous vet clinic. Rather than continuing with the 'bandaid method' they found the cause of the problem and treated it not just manage the symptoms.

The best vet, always so friendly and listen to the client. Have been to Cottage Grove, Dernancourt, Angle Vale and Golden Grove and no matter which vet you go to they are always lovely and there for the animals.They have treated all my pets including my budgies, rabbit, chickens, dogs and cats and have helped out greatly every time, I strongly recommend them.A special thanks to Dernancourt who always make me feel so welcome and who helped my girl when she was having seizures, they were able to give me a referral to a neurologist and she is doing much better now.Super grateful to the vets at Cottage Grove who were so caring when meeting my dog for the first time, they treated him with the respect he deserves. They were able to help with the issue without charging me too much.

Brought my dog in after vomiting issues, the wait was long due to emergencies but this is understandable. The receptionist was friendly and Dr Li listened to my concerns and gave me reassurance. Highly recommend! 5/5

Almost a year ago my pup’s life was saved by one of the young vets in the surgery. My Frenchie got a bully chew stuck down her throat and was unable to breath. We rushed into the vets at 7pm and the amazing receptionist and vets took my pup immediately from me and rushed her straight into surgery. I didn’t think I’d see my pup alive again. The incredible young female vet managed to remove the bully chew during a 1.5 hour surgery. I will be forever thankful she was working that night and saved my pup’s life ❤️

We called Vets 4 pets on Anzac day with a worry for our furbaby, Freya. She wasn't herself and could barely get up unassisted, she looked very unwell and we were worried we would not be able to get in anywhere on a public holiday, let alone at 7pm! They made time to see her, assessed her and also told us what to look out for incase there were any changes. Very thorough, kind respectful and knowledgeable vet.The lady at the reception was also lovely and really made my dog feel at ease. They are now going to be our go-to vet in the future and I wish I knew about them sooner.

Amazing service and such a loving and supportive team. We had to make the decision to say goodbye to our very much loved family member unexpectedly earlier this week. Everyone was so supportive and took the time to allow us to say goodbye and spend as much time as we needed despite rocking up just before they closed. We left 30 minutes after closing time and they offered for us to stay longer if we wanted.Then today in the mail we received a beautiful sympathy card and some flower seeds to plant to remember our furbaby.

I took my dog there after hours on Sunday evening. The staff were friendly and efficient. My dog was treated within a few minutes and was not upset when she came out again. It was explained to me what was found and what was done and I was asked if I had any questions. My questions were answered and I was reassured that my dog should be OK. In the morning it was obvious that she was a lot better.Very happy to recommend this vet.

I had to race my darling Poppie to the vet on a Sunday night. Sadly her injuries meant she had to be euthanised as she could no longer breathe unaided. They were so compassionate.

The staff here are amazing. I cannot fault anything at all!Thank you for doing what you did for our family and for everything that you have done already and continue doing for the families.The vets and staff here are super kind, loving, generous and did a really good deed for a lot of people I know. I have witnessed it myself too. They go beyond and above for you and your family during a rough time!You can trust leaving your human pet to them to take care of! It’s the hands you would want your family pet to be with.Love that they are also open quite late for anyones convenience.

After calling and told I could bring my dog in at 5.20pm as she had been attacked by another dog and required stitches from multiple cuts and bites to her head we were told by the nurse" at reception (who did not even get out of her chair) that as my dog was breathing it was not an emergency and to come back after hours or take her to the Magill Vet Hospital. My dog was not only traumatised by what had just happened to her but would have been in a lot of pain. We have been using Vets 4 Pets for a number of years but not anymore. Other customers waiting ushered us to the front of the line as they could see it was an emergency. We took our girl to the Magill Emergency Hospital and then a follow up at the Tea Tree Gully Vet Hospital. Highly recommend both these clinics and both were not impressed with what our girl had to endure because of the treatment by this so called nurse.By the way if I could have done a negative I would have because the treatment given to my dog was not worthy of any stars."
