We had a number of quotes for an inground concrete pool and Casino's came in by far the most competitive in the industry.We had our pool completed in 55 days from dig to swim. Couldn't be more happier with the exceptional service by Emma, guiding, confirming and reassuring us each step of the way. Being a first time home owner/renovator having Emma there every step of the way to reassure us just shows how dedicated she is to her customers with her Exceptional customer service and a personal approach! We couldn't be more happier with our upgraded pebble option too; giving us that Bora Bora vibe!!Thank you so much Emma, Shannon & Phil. **RETURN CUSTOMERS**We built our first pool with Casino Pools 7 years ago and we absolutely loved it. So when we moved house last year and wanted to add a pool, they were the first company to come to mind.We had other quotes that just didn’t cut it (prices, inclusions, communication etc)From the first step of the process, dealing with Phil, to getting updates from Emma and Sierra, right through to hand over with Shannon. Every step was made easy for us. They made our schedules fit in with them and nothing was too much of an ask.Once again, we have a completed pool that we are wrapped with and can’t wait for many summers of use ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pool build quality was exceptional but after sales/warranty issues are as poor as you could get. You send emails and get no replies and it's not until you threaten QBCC action you instantly get a response. Next pool build I'll definitely be looking at other builders. It's a shame a company can take $30k+ and have such poor customer communication. Wish I done more research on pool builders before signing the dotted lines as I'm not the only one with the dilemma going off other reviews.

Worst experience I have ever had building a pool.I engaged other experts who confirmed things were not square and nothing was level. Pebble Crete was falling off 1 month after it was built. Owner takes your money and you never hear from him if you have an issue. I had to get my own tiler to fix Casino pools dodgy tiling attempt and Casino still charged me for a quarter done job. Casino still charged me for 2 lots of pool fence inspections because he took so long to fix faults in the pool! In my opinion I would not use this company!

Really happy with our inground concrete pool. Emma was our main point of communication and she was just awesome to deal with! Can’t thank her enough for all the help she has given us to get the pool done in time for Christmas! Phil and Shannon were very knowledgeable at handover and nothing ever seemed a problem. Overall I'm happy with my finished pool, but the communication was so frustrating which is why I'm rating it 3 stars. I spent 42K with Casino Pools and a $15 water nozzle has failed (not their fault). I have chased them up about 6 times requesting that this be replaced. They tell me that will, then never get back to me again. At this point I'm sick of asking and will just have to buy a replacement myself if I can find the one that matches the others. God help you if you have a serious warranty claim to make.If I build another pool one day, I'm disappointed to say that I will try a different pool builder.Shannon was always a pleasure to deal with. I'm sure if I had his number this would have been dealt with already.

Was very happy with the pool build and Casino Pools. Mostly dealt with Emma and she was fantastic. End result is a brilliant pool that our family will enjoy for many years to come.also had great service from Shannon on how to use the pool pump system.

I would highly recommend Casino Pools. Phil and the team were amazing to deal with. Communicated throughout the whole process. Phil was great, went above and beyond. Very competitive pricing. Paid my deposit and they started pretty much straight away. No delays. Look no further, we are so happy.
