We like Red Rooster, but this particular store is one of the worse performing stores. Our second visit to this one & it was the same horrible dried out chicken as our first visit. KFC across the road doesn't need to worry about the fried chicken,it was so bad we threw it out after just one bite. The rolls had hardly any chicken on them or mayonnaise. Victoria Point store is way better.

Completely stuffed up my order. Wrong items. No chips. There was no one there either. Poor effort. Wasn’t even remotely close to what I wanted.

The staff too busy listening to the music rather than quality service. Would never recommend this to my friends . Chicken over cooked and presentation poor. Restaurant dirty

Great lady serving at the counter and the food was way better than I'd anticipated. Give it a go. The last time I purchased here was 3 years ago and I didn't eat it, I threw it in the bin. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and pictured are my leftovers!

I walked in and ordered a meal... luckily i checked it when there.. it was wrong. They fixed it up.... i checked it second time... it was wrong again... third time i thought the sam smith wanna-be surely wasn't that re..t.arded... so i didn't check it... turns out he is borderline. (Good on them for hiring people with needs) got home and was wrong again... silly me for not checking a third time.Pineapple fritter was good but.

Don’t even bother getting food here if it ain’t pre made they won’t do it correctly they substitute because they are lazy ended up canceling whole order

Fast and friendly service by very polite and smiling young team members - they were quite patient with me (I’ve never purchased RR before). Food was fresh and tasty, a lot healthier than other takeaway options, and quite affordable.

Haven’t had red rooster in a long time, came here for the first time since moving away from Brisbane. Little disappointed with what was seen, staff who had gloves on kept rubbing their face, eyes and playing with their hair which had no net on under their hat, wet floor with not wet floor sigh, a broom sitting in the middle of the floor which is a major trip hazard, not only for staff but for customers who are wanting a meal, my potato and gravy tasted gross! Was burnt and my chicken was still raw. Not happy..

Unexpectedly disappointed with Red Rooster Cleveland... The staff service were friendly with only a small delay in getting our food.Ordered 3 x Flayva Wraps and not one had chicken in them! Chicken is the main ingredient, right?? How was there no chicken??? It's Red Rooster!

Absolutely discusting attuide by staff, because l asked Howlong my wait would be they served everybody whom came in after me. So food was cold and bloodly horrible.
