I was verbally accosted by a man who had no idea how to handle a call.When calling, I explained I had received a message indicating to contact. I did as it alleged I wouldn't be able to report.Steve answered, and before long bickering his way through a very confusing call as he clearly had no idea of what to do, or about the details I had to mention several times.I was then belittled with questions such as, Do you want my help or not?" Which is an abusive take on professionalism when I was accused of inappropriate conduct.He refused to give me a name to make a complaint and left me quite traumatised as a result.I love my worker Jo

My particular job advocate got me into my dream course and hopefully dream job soon enough. On top the other staff helped me get a job for now on my request, whilst I wait for my clearance to come through.There hasn't been anything they have personally done not up to my standards to date and I cannot foresee this in the future. Just remember they are busy too and to communicate your issues in the kindest way possible
