Ordered via uber eatsDisappointed as I was charged extra because the driver couldn't find us he had to wait as I came down stairs from the top floor of units.(note left on order explaining step by step instructions/directions)2 ND order my family have had from Cardiff store that was incorrect.Last time sent half the order sentThis time not what I ordered.

Made a order for catering Tuesday 30/10/18 for 3/11/18. Received confirmation that order was placed and will be ready for collection on the day. Upon the day of collection I arrived and was told there was no order. Once showing her the confirmation she then told me they never received it. Thankfully she made our order within 20 minutes. However had the store been busy i feel this wouldnt have happened. Rather dissapointing however i commend the staff member for looking after us.

Messed up my DoorDash order, so not only was I disappointed but the poor people that ended up with my order are too. Never ordering from here again.

I came down here to have lunch with my kids, friendly staff and great cookies. Exceptional service from one of the staff (Ryley). My youngest said this is his new favourite place to eat. He just got his wisdom teeth taken out and said the cookies were very soft for his very large and sore cheeks. Great work team will be back
