A table of 10

Ruben travelled to our cottage and delivered an amazing Spanish feast. As the host I was able to relax and enjoy the party with my guests and not have to worry about cooking and cleaning. Ruben was relaxed and nothing was too much trouble which made me relax. Ruben took us through a journey through Spain both with his culinary expertise and homegrown experiences.I would highly recommend Ruben to cater your next intimate gathering for a unique and unforgettable culinary experience.

A friend and I attended a A Table of 10 Iuncheon function at Ross Hill Wines and it was the most enjoyable, authentic, homely culinary experience. Ruben's passion for showcasing Spanish cuisine crafted from quality Spanish and local seasonal produce is evident in not only in the heavenly dishes he serves, but also in the time and effort he puts into educating his guests on their gastronomic origins and tips for cooking at home.Ruben is a beautiful storyteller, a generous host, an active community member and a brilliant chef. The joy and pleasure in dining in Ruben's kitchen is as much about the comfortable and intimate environment he creates as it is about the devine dishes he produces.Dining with Ruben is an absolutely superb experience and one you won't forget.

Our Table of 10 was an absolutely superb experience. All our guests just loved it. It was such a different dining experience.Ruben’s explanation of each dish was very interesting. As well, Ruben was very happy & generous to answer questions from my guests.Ruben was incredibly well organised & very adaptable! Our kitchen exhaust fan was not working so Ruben cooked the smokey part of the paella outside. He was so obliging, relaxed & calm.We can’t wait to do this again!Jenny Willis
