If you are thinking of putting your Loved Ones in here look somewhere else, the service is nothing to write about. Somedays you have to wait nearly all day to have a shower, the service in the dining room has only 2 people serving dinner, if your mattress is in poor condition don't ask for it to be changed it won't happen in a hurry we asked before Xmas still sleeping on the old mattress that is just some of the complaints I could write a book on the place. Look Somewhere else for your loved one

Working in a few aged care places over the last 20 years (respite, in-home community, church-run, privately-run facilities,)I would feel comfortable recommending this facility to even my own family members, because I've witnessed GENUINE care for residents from the carers, the nursing staff, & even the management, which is unique.
