I booked in to get my roots done. Never in my life have I experienced them going lighter (orange) instead of darker (my hair is dark brown) after 2.5 hours in a salon. And after being promised the second most senior stylist over the phone. The two stylists trying to fix it acted like my head was some sort of great teachable moment - talking through whatever mistake was made while I sat there like an absolute idiot. My scalp is now burning. I’d steer clear if I were you.

From start to finish. My second year trainee, Megg was polite, professional and extremely talented. In my opinion, she is already fully qualified!I am more than thrilled with the final result and colour. Megg performed, foils, a beautiful treatment, trim and curls with the hair straightener.I would thoroughly recommend this hair salon to anybody. All the customers were treated in the same manner. I had a half head of balayage done with Travis and have dark black hair. My hair still feels healthy and looks great. Travis at Tigerlamb provided the warmest, professional and cheerful service I have received in a long time. Providing an estimate prior to the service helped set up expectations which I find a lot of salons skip leading to a bit of a surprise at payment time. Everyone was lovely and the massage wash chairs were a new and entertaining experience. Thanks for making my birthday extra special!

Wine and nibbles while you get your hair done. Not ridiculously overpriced. The wash basins are awesome, fully reclined all your head gets washed with no sore neck afterwards.

Been here twice and had an amazing experience both times by all girls especially 3rd year apprentice Jayde.Started with a cheap box dye for years and came here to see Jayde who helped bring my hair back to life.She has done an outstanding job looking after both my mum and I.Thank you TigerLamb and a massive thank you to Jayde.

I walked out of the King St salon today feeling a million dollars. My stylist Natalie was phenomenal, she really put me at ease chopping half of my very long hair off and really gave it and my look new life. I could not be happier with the result!The rest of the staff were lovely, the salon itself has a great look and atmosphere, the reclining massage chair during my wash was extremely comfortable and relaxing, and I enjoyed my pot of tea! I cannot wait to treat myself to this special experience again soon, its worth every penny.

Been here a few times and saw Kate. Absolutely hands down best hair salon in Brisbane. Katie especially is the definition of professional, giving honest advice and amazing cuts and color. All the staff though are super talented and I definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
