What a fantastic experience dealing with Best People Movers! I’m from WA and was keen to buy an imported Estima, but didn’t know where to start. A couple of emails and calls with Natalia and we secured a white 2012 V6 Aeras with black leather - exactly what I was looking for. Now, given lockdowns (and the distance to travel) it wasn’t feasible to travel from Perth to Sydney to see the car - so I made the purchase sight unseen. Actually, that’s not strictly correct as Natalia sent many photos and videos showing the condition of the vehicle. After purchase she arranged to have it transported to Perth, and two weeks later it arrived. Exactly, and I mean exactly as she had described. So do I recommend Natalia? Absolutely!!

Our family loves the Estima and when it came time to replace our 2006 model, we decidedly to have Natalia import one for us. We had very specific requirements so it wasn’t an easy job. She found a beautiful 2016 Hybrid for us that is in excellent condition and we couldn’t be happier.My wife uses this car mainly for suburbia driving that involves a lot of start stops at lights and roundabouts. The hybrid reduced our fuel consumption by about 30%. The engine shuts off automatically when we come to a low speed so it’s super quiet when we are in the car park. Yes, it’s less spritely compared to the 3.5L V6, so that’s an expected trade-off.Natalia made buying an import such an easy process and made collecting the car a great experience. Many car dealers have a lot to learn from her about customer experience.I am now thinking of getting her to import my next JDM.

We were looking for a bigger car for our extended family after we got twins and Natalia had exactly the car we were looking for - Toyota Estima. It’s just a dream car - it’s fast, reliable, intuitive, super easy to drive, park and sit down babies in their seats and take them out, the whole car set up is just made for a stress-free journey. Don’t get me started on sliding doors which are a lifesaver when parking in a busy carpark! The car is so spacious that it fits everyone and everything we need (and we have a lot of stuff with two toddlers and always visiting grandparents!), at the same time it doesn’t look massive on the outside and has a really nice design. Honestly, there just isn’t an alternative to this car in the local market and I’m really glad best people movers are importing these cars here to Australia. Natalia is a real professional and I would recommend anyone, who is after this kind of car, get in touch with her - always responsive, provides all the info and lots of advise, knows the topic inside out and is just the nicest person to deal with! 100% happy with the car and the overall purchasing experience, and definitely coming back for our next car!

The smoothest car buy experience I had. Didn’t feel being hassled, manipulated or tricked like most common Car salesman deal. Very honest feedback and straightforward opinion regarding their stock. Very accomodating with the kids during the appointment. Already recommending to family and friends.

My Elgrande E50 needed to be upgraded and I really want to stick with the elgrand room and style. Best people movers had a fantastic range of elgrand at very affordable prices. I contacted Natalia and was sent more than enough videos and information to buy the car online. Natalia was easy to contact and kept me update with every step of the purchase with photos, video and messages. This woman was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend anyone looking for a people mover to check them out. Very happy with Natalia’s service. We ended buying a car they were using as a family (sorry Igor!) but we got a good deal & a car our friends can’t believe is 13years old! Whoever Natalia has in Japan for these imports clearly has a good eye for quality. Then Natalia matches that with terrific service. Highly recommended!
