Supercheap Auto Parafield

Through an email, I was made aware of a sale in store and on their site. I went in to purchase a dashcam and Jayden was extremely helpful and took time to explain the different models, pricing, etc. Went with the front and rear cam model as it seemed like the right choice for my needs. Was extremely happy with the price and was even happier that I got a further discount as I had previously signed up for their loyalty points system. On installing the dashcam and doing a trial run I found that this particular model didn't record the speed the car was travelling at. I returned to the store to see if it was possible to have it swapped for a different model. Jayden was assisting another customer and after he finished, was able to sort everything out for me with a minimum of fuss. All of the store personnel (Paul, Arturo and Robert) here are extremely efficient, professional and courteous. The store stocks a vast range of products. Definitely a 5⭐ experience⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This center does not sell anything with warranty. They lie and deceive. I bought from them next to Start, but it does not work properly, and they did not return the money to me. They are fraudsters.

Visited this business yesterday looking for new car battery. Unfortunately they didn't have one in stock for my car but Kelly searched other Supercheap outlets and found one for me at Kilburn. She probably spent 15 minutes with me but was happy to help. Great service with many smiles!When I arrived at Kilburn the guys were equally as helpful and had the battery ready to go for. Good job to all concerned.Very competitive prices and great service. Would definitely recommend.

I visited the store to buy a couple of items. Customer service was top notch. The lady helped me with query about polisher /buffet was great.She showed many options, explained features etc. She was professional, courteous and friendly.The rest of the shop was fantastic as well.Great work team. The staff are very helpful, polite and experienced.Josh had great product knowledge and helped identify the issue I was having and resolved my problem within minutes.I'm really thankful he was there as I had been having a challenging day and would not have resolved the issue anywhere near as fast.

Not a good experience visiting this store.Staff wasn't in a mood to help and wanted me to check every detail and come back which they can easily check on their computer.I don't know how they are still selling.
