Highly recommended RMA. I have 2 properties managed by RMA . My Property Manager Kris Kelly is very professional and is always extremely helpful . Nyah is also did awesome works and easy to deal with .Also Kim Sio is very experienced professional, friendly and trustworthy.James

I recommend you read the reviews before engaging this company. I wish I had. No communication. The property was left empty when one tenant moved out and they had not arranged anyone to move in, so they had to get someone very quickly. It was only because I asked where the new tenant agreement was, that they even noticed they didn’t have one. One property had very obvious maintenance needs but it never appeared on an inspection report. They didn’t pay the rates which put me a couple of thousand dollars behind. Then when I sorted that, the very next notice came to me as overdue, so they didn’t pay that either. I have never had a response from the alleged property manager. I am trying to change management and the new management cannot get a response from them either. It’s a mess. Jude is their only saving grace but she is really let down by the people around her and she cannot do it all herself. Be warned. Read the comments..Look elsewhere.

Have been renting for a while and have never had any issues with any real estate. However this real estate has been the worst one I've ever had and will hopefully ever have. Having constant issues of getting a hold of them to fix things (even dangerous electrical faults) or get things set up (hadn't even properly registered the house with local council which made internet and things hard). Was just an all around bad experience and will never go through them again. If you don't have time to chase things up or want to be given false information I recommend going with someone else.

I was referred to Kim Sio and was very pleased with her professional service and friendly mannerisms. She was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about! I was kept in the loop regarding my investment properties and would not hesitate to recommend her to other investors in QLD.

My property manager Jude was absolutely amazing when I had to break lease recently.She was very understanding of my situation and made sure the process was as stress free for me as possible.Renting with RMA has been good and allowed myself as a Tennent to feel at home in my rental with few hassles.

Bunch of crooks,Since RMA took over from the last real estate company, it was just problems after problems.Rent was never paid on time, took money for repairs but can't provide receiptsAnd nobody ever in that office bothers to return your emails , phone calls and text message.If you love your investment property, stay clear of these people

It pains me to even give one star. Owners and Tenants - Steer clear. These jokers took over a reputable company Beyond Property Management" who were the agents when we took on our lease. As soon as RMA took over there was a degradation of service. Unanswered emails

We’re so happy our landlord moved over to RMA. Our property manager Kris is always helpful and cares about us as tenants. Highly recommend RMA to any owner.
