Needed a New* Philips electric shaver, walked in 03.02.22 at 1950hr with high chance of purchasing, but was greeted with (by the Gentlmen employee), 'no' hello and no assistance and was advised (yelled across the shop) WE ARE CLOSING IN 5 minutes!!". Eager to finish work. Extremely POOR customer service and walked out. Lost my business and Purchased the same Shaver at JB-HI FI. better service there."

I had a Wahl Electric shaver stop working, took it into this store and Alex was the most helpful salesperson I have ever met, he tested it, and swapped it over straight away, I was so pleased with his service I even paid a little more to upgrade to the better model. Thank you Alex, your fantastic customer service left me with a smile :)
