Quick Dry Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

The cleaner was in my 4x2 house for no more then 10mins. The carpets didn't smell clean and after using my spot cleaner to check I noticed that the dirt being pulled was still significant.I used this service because of availability and reviews but I wished I went elsewhere. They aren't the cheapest so I can't even say you get what you pay for".My advice

Was a lovely experience. Good price with good quality cleaning. Cleaner was on time and called before coming. Was fast and effective and now my carpets smell amazing! Thankyou for a great service.

Booked a job to clean the carpet in my apartment prior to a rent inspection. All confirmed via email. I took half the day off of work to meet the technician on the day of the clean and they were a no show. Called the office and was informed they mixed the dates up and there was nothing they could do about it. Recommend going with literally any other company.

What a absolutely horrible experience. When enquiring about packages I was told to go for the gold package as this removes pet stains.I was told between 1-3pm so once 3pm hit I gave them a message and they said they would arrive closer to 1pm. Think they got their days mixed up. However the technician showed 30 mins later. The problem isn’t actually the pet stains. It’s the fact that every single spot that was on the carpet previously is still there. I went over with my carpet cleaner vacuum myself and a few of these lifted. When I emailed and sent through photos they declined any help or any solution to resolve this and just argued. Extremely disappointed with the service provide from start to finish.

I booked carpet cleaning for a relatively clean carpet with a few dirty spots for my lease end.The technician was nice enough and made no comments about any particular marks that might not come out.When the carpets dried I noticed about 8 marks that should have come out with a clean.I contacted the company to let them know and my complaint was met with a horrible attitude. I was told that they don’t remove stains despite claiming that the clean would remove general stains.I managed to remove all the marks myself with warm water and a cloth and informed the company of this. They then told me I ‘pushed the stains into the carpet’ and that they would reappear, which they haven’t. Rather than addressing my concerns, they were rude and dismissive.After going back and forth with the admin person they finally agreed to pass my complaint to the manager, which should have been done from the start. I haven’t heard back and I am very much looking forward to some resolution.

Really thankful for the service we received from the Quickdry Carpet Cleaning team. We had just purchased a property and needed to get a few things organised first before carpet cleaning, their booking team was super flexible and let us change the booking at no cost which was awesome. Gave us extra time. Plus we got a courtesy message the day before to confirm the booking and on the day the technician gave us a call ahead of time to give us a heads up he was on his way. Really appreciate the service from these guys, will absolutely be using them again for our rental carpet cleaning.

Absolutely fabulous result! Very professional and experienced. Great communication - let me know a 1hr window and then called me when they were on their way. I am beyond happy with the result. They managed to remove the pet hair, stains and smells and left my 15yo+ carpets looking fresh and smelling amazing. The couch they cleaned looks brand new. Great value price and very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely awful experience, do not go near! Booked as an end of lease carpet clean and the carpet ended up looking worse than before it was cleaned. The real estate didn’t believe that a carpet clean had even been done, with visible marks on the carpet and forced us to have another one.I contacted the company to ask for a refund, and sent picture evidence and they refused offering no alternative solution blaming it solely on us having not vacuumed the carpet after. They claimed this was advised on the phone, upon booking confirmation and that the technician would have reminded. They didn’t advise on phone, didn’t send us an email confirmation & the technician didn’t understand a word of English so certainly didn’t advise we would need to vacuum after - also I have never experienced a carpet cleaner that doesn’t vacuum as part of the service.We lived in the property for 4 months, the carpet was like new, no visible stains and in great condition. After the clean the minor spot marks were still there, and some additional stains had been added. The technician was there for a total of 15 minutes, the carpet didn’t even feel damp when we popped head in after. Residue of hair and bits all over the floor from pictures sent from the real estate and the technician left the sink in a mess and didn’t clean up after self.Had the carpet had loads of stains I would have been thorough with the checking, however it was almost spotless, so I trusted and assumed there would be no issues. To provide a bad service and offer no solution or refund is appalling.
