I had Jeff come out to my house today to do some pest control on cockroaches and spiders and I have to say I haven't had customer service this good in years!!!!! I was slightly nervous about the products being used as I live quite a low toxic lifestyle and I was worried about my little pug dogs but Jeff took his time to explain all of the products he uses and he put my mind at ease. Jeff came out on short notice to deal with a sudden mouse infestation. Coming back for general pest extermination he is friendly, professional and very informative. I'll definitely keep getting him back each year.

Jeff came to my rescue after I posted a photo of my spider infestation on Lake Macquarie Locals/Facebook and didn’t know what to do. I posted on a Sunday and he was able to help me the very next day. Jeff came out today to do a pest spray and termite inspection on my house. I had him out a few weeks before to do my garage and he was excellent. I didn’t hesitate to call him again as he was so professional and knowledgeable. He doesn’t rush and is happy to take his time to show and explain what is happening in your home. I was especially worried about termites living in a termite area, however I am very confident in his knowledge on termites that he eased my mind completely with his findings and solutions.
