Came in with a mobile order. Six workers were just standing and chatting and pretended not to see us. One extra star for the employee on drive through doing her job who was clearly annoyed her coworkers were just standing around not doing so.I saw one of them turn, see us, and then quickly turn away as if they didn't. It was incredibly quiet with three customers in the whole building.Eventually an employee came but she couldn't help as the order wouldn't show up so she says she'll get a manager. Understandable technology fails the app itself had an error too.After that a girl came up to the register not in uniform and drinking a coke. She stood right in front of me, made eye contact with me but didn't say anything. I asked her if she could help but she didn't respond.After that the manager did come up and seem to get people back to work. He got our order done quickly and it was correct. Except the coffee tasted burnt and there were a large amount of ground coffee at the bottom.Three employees were chatting at the register while I waited. One was standing on the customer side getting her order put through by the lady who previously just starred at me. The other was chatting with the lady not in uniform eating.What a strange experience.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Line really wasn’t that long it was around 8pm… Immediately realised the line was not moving at all, took about 20 minutes just to pay for my food. Once we got to the food window the guy literally said nothing to me and then we got the food, which was the worst part of this review. Cold chips. Cold burgers. Seriously? Food is clearly either bulk made in expectation for busy times but this causes cold food, honestly so disappointing and lazy which does not surprise me in the slightest. Do yourself a favour and go to a different fast food place, give Carls. Jr some love across the road.

I visited on the 17th of May. It was 11.20pm at night and very quiet, but the wait I experienced was beyond a joke. I didn't get my order until around 11.50pm...There were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-through, and I sat there waiting for 20 mins.There was never once any communication from the staff that there's a delay or they are short staffed.I rocked up to the window to pay, once I paid I checked my phone and realised that my bill was too cheap.I asked the girl if she'd put a medium fries on my order and she said no, you didn't say so and I said i definitely did.Once I got to the pick up window, I was left there waiting for about 7 minutes with the staff not even looking up at me. I could see 3 staff on and they were not rushing or stressed. They couldn't care less.Once I got my food, there was not one apology for the ridiculous time it took.I always order a cheeseburger with no beef as I'm vegetarian, and much to my delight I ended up with 2 chicken burgers!!I then had to go back in and retrieve the correct order and yet again no apology !!!I have never had this mc donalds not stuff up my meal ordered here.Management really needs to look into their staff here because I'm not the only recent complaint about time management.

This is the only maccas l have given a 5 star rating. Why?Excellent coffee, blueberry muffin & blueberry bread. Friendly service and very clean establishment. Well done.

Ham and cheese toasty needs to be toasted not microwaved. Bread tough and cheese all melted on to paper wrap.Why are the toasties SO small? Cheese burgers are bigger

Best Maccas I have had in a long time. Well made burger, didn't look like it had been slung into the box from a distance . All food was nice and hot too.

This is a typical McDonald's. It has a design which is more interesting than most but otherwise the same. The staff don't seem to care but maybe that has a bit to do with how some people treat them.We should all remember to have manners everywhere and treat people with respect. Maybe then the people at Maccas would do the same.

I love the staff at this place - the line guy was a pro, the women serving were happy and professional, the place was clean.I always get a weird order so I’m never annoyed when it’s inevitably messed up at most McDonald’s but they got it right the first time here.I get the Mighty McMuffin with two extra eggs and extra bacon - with no cheese, no oil on the muffin and no ketchup. That’s about 45-50g of protein and it came out quickly without mistakes.

Waited over 20mins to get served, then another 15mins for a large coffee and happy meal. If it wasn't for the crew person that had seen me waiting to get served and came our of kitchen ( even asking numerous times for someone to serve) I prob would of waited longer. Managers were walking about not doing much, one that was giving out orders even had there phone and vape in there top pocket and never even apologised to any of the other customers that had been waiting or myself.
