Was very disappointed. Can't believe the other reviews!! 2 young girls came a couple of weeks ago to clean our carpets. Yes the carpets are old but even some general recent stains did not come out. Worst of all though was the stairwell .....worse than before they started. Big brown stains that look like dirty water or chemicals on the front of each step that was worse at bottom of steps (photos attached). Not happy at all . Was not cheap either. Our cleaner came on Friday and she thought they were chemical stains. She managed to clean it a up manually.We will certainly not be using Jim's carpet cleaning again.

We highly recommend Jim’s Carpet Cleaning Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Kerry cleaned our carpets in January and he did a great job! we’ll definitely ask him to come back and clean our carpets and lounge suite again.
