Pets Life Veterinary Care

We have used Pets Life for several years and always had great service. They were fantastic in helping us get our dog and cat organised for their big move to NZ. This involved a lot of paperwork and Jen contacted our pet removal company to ensure it was completed correctly. Thanks Jen, both Baxter and Princess enjoying their new home.

Nikki is awesome with our African Grey Congo Parrot. The clinc is fairly easy to find once you have been there. All the staff is very welcoming.

Doctor Jen and her team are always so lovely and helpful. The vets are great at what they do and have always treated my pups with love and care. Very welcoming and their passion for animals is easy to see!

Best team of vets and vet nurses they really care for your beloved pet, I have had two dogs with serious medical conditions and Doctor Jen and her team have seen them at short notice, after hours and weekends, always there to help

My dog was very well looked after and cared for. Vet was very caring, good explanation of problem, treatment and home care. Would recomend

I tried to make an appointment for my assistance dog who is having bowl and hip problems but for some reason these people won’t even except me for an appointment. I would love to know why?? But in the meantime I wouldn’t even bother taking your loved one to these guys.Dear Jen,I thank you for your speedy response . I take note that you feel it is unfair review as i am not a client . Communication can be a great thing and when you are not told any of what your response to my review. I am not a keyboard worrier in fact i rang up to get a appointment for my assistance dog as they are not pets and early identification to signs of medical problems or non problems that is all i was after as i was referred as wheelchair access really made me attracted to your practice. In saying communication I was told quote by your receptionist'we are not taking new clients go back to current vet and hung the phone up on me'I was really upset as i wanted a second opinion to what i had been told but i didn't get a chance to say anything. I have no doubt you are exceptional and are striving to exceed expectations in the ever growing demands but as a veteran and having my assistance dog since 8 weeks old and having had to have emergency stomach surgery and now being told of her future all i wanted was a second opinion but as i said i didn't even get to explain this as the receptionist hung the phone up on me. my apologies for ranting but when your are wheelchair bound, a veteran, you rely on A1 condition as your assistance dog is like a full-time carer this was all i wanted to say that if i was told by your receptionist that currently you cant take new clients but when you get the phone hung up on you i am sure this would upset you.i apologies for any inconvenience that i may of caused it was my emotions taking over .all the best for the future & i would like to think one day you could except us in to get a second opinion if not all the best for the future .

Dr Jen and her team are the absolute best!. Their unique care and compassion is incredible. Some people are born to care for animals and keep them safe and secure. Thanks so much to Dr Jen who got down on all fours beside our anxious Puppa and crawled with him from the treatment room to the door to reassure him!

This is the best vet clinic in Launceston. All of the staff are so patient, caring, and helpful. Reasonably priced and care that is unmatched by any other vet I've been to. Highly recommend.

Have finally found a veterinarian practice that not only cares deeply and professionally for your animals but also for you, the human and financial component to keeping your animals as healthy as possible.Highly recommend this practice to pet owners. Easy to find with the street being directly opposite Harvey Normans carpark entrance, plenty of space for off street parking and minimal free parking space in their own car park.Grass area for your animals call of nature and a quick sniff etc to let their jitters out before entering a welcoming environment of friendly and professional staff.

Just wanted to say thankyou for a positive experience. Our cat Jasper is very anxious about the vets, so we avoid taking him unless necessary. Pets life were able to accommodate him last minute on a Saturday and making the appointment was easy and stress free. Dr. Jen was very kind with him even though he can be a somewhat difficult patient, thorough and put our minds at ease during a stressful time. Thankyou so much.
