Restoration Online was really easy to deal with. They replied quickly to my emails and kept me updated regularly on some items on back order. Even changing my order was no problem. On the phone the staff are friendly and helpful and my order was sent quickly. I’m very happy with Restoration Online and hope to deal with them again.

The service was fantastic, Tayla was so helpful and polite she was very knowledgeable about all products and answered all my questions, she was super fast at providing quotes and replying to my emails.The delivery was organised immediately upon ordering and it all arrived within two days.The quality of all products is outstanding and exceeded all my expectations, I can’t wait to se it all come together.Overall I’m so stoked with my whole experience at restoration online and will 100% be shopping here again for my next build.

I have purchased a number of gorgeous items from Restoration Online over the past year. I could not be happier with their customer service and the quality of their products. I have received everything including a beautiful farmhouse sink promptly. I did order some outdoor lighting which was not in stock at the time of ordering and from the moment I placed the order until receiving the product I have been kept up to date regularly with the progress of the order. I would highly recommend purchasing from Restoration Online and highly recommend their products. I would have to say it is one of the more pleasant experiences I have had shopping online. I have found the customer service and qualify of the products at Restoration Online to be outstanding! They are very responsive to enquiries and the staff are very knowledgeable about their stock. I ordered some robe knobs and was originally informed they may be a few months due to not stock in Australia. I received an email a day later that they were in and will be forwarded in the next few days. One was faulty and I sent an email explaining same. Straight away I received a reply stating the knob will be replaced. Could not be happier with the customer service I received. The best I ever have. I highly recommend using this company.

I have bought several items over the past 2 years for my home renovation, and up until an after sales problem was experienced this week, had been reasonably satisfied.I bought wall lights with glass shades but found on examination one shade was cracked in the unopened packaging. I reported this with photo and was told I had to buy another shade at $33 because I hadn’t reported within 48hrs of receipt neither was glass covered by warranty as it wasn’t ‘mechanical’!True, its 8 months since receipt but in truth given other reno priorities these items remained unopened in their Taiwanese packaging.They relented citing they were being ‘lenient’ in providing a free replacement but wanting postage paid which I declined since I had sourced elsewhere….I won’t be doing business here point forward, I found their attitude to customers incredible given the amount I have spent previously and have also found other suppliers more competitively priced

I can't express the level of professionalism i received from Kristina regarding the constant communication of the back log of my orders. The customer service from Kristina and Tayla was amazing and my products were of the best quality. Despite my wait, I was communicated to on a weekly basis on its status. thank you for being a transparent and honest business.

The knobs for our upcycled bathroom vanity (along with the door handles and other things we bought) were perfect for what we wanted for our bathroom renovation. I wish we'd found out about you earlier, I think we would have spent less time trying to find all the things we needed if we'd started with you guys. Service was great, pleasant, friendly and helpful staff and great communication. Thanks - we'll be back!
