Sue and Brett were excellent property managers from a renter’s point of view. They were always professional and very prompt with responses. They have been so helpful. Highly recommend them.

I was looking for a small property in the Stonnington, Booroondara area and had looked on line and inspected many properties where l met hard sell agents and given the usual sales banter. I arranged to view a property with Brett. He let me view it in peace and take note of the salient features. He also gave me useful information re the body corporate, recent works carried out and outgoing costs etc. l was not pressured and hassled and made an offer a few days later. l was pleased with the settlement and price negotiations.

Sue from Harcourts has been helpful and responsive from day 1 up until the last day of my lease (which is around 5 years now!). She is very reliable and deals with everything professionally. During my stay, she dealt with all of my questions and passed on my concerns promptly to the landlord. I am super thankful to her and she is by far the best agent I have come across!

We rented through Harcourts and Sue was our property manager. Sue made our stay very comfortable by being extremely responsive, always communicating our requests to landlords and making it to be sorted quickly. We rented for a year and from the very start to the end Sue made the whole process very easy, fast and smooth. Out of a large number of different agencies and agents we rented through Sue was one of the bests both professionally and personally. We would highly recommend Harcourts but especially Sue.
