This family business is just excellent a friend of ours recommended it to us some time ago.Wayne and his family members are friendly, helpful and you can rest assured you will get excellent service to your valued car and personally.We have always preferred word of mouth" contacts than "hit and miss" with our previous experience when our car broke down.The people we took it to had to repair our automatic gear shift fixed and got a large price. They also told us our airconditioning needed overhauling.Three years later it is still working perfectly.Plus they did not bother to call us at home with a quote on the price. Picked up my car from $610 service on Friday, running well however diesel leaking everywhere with smoke billowing! Car gets towed and taken back Monday morning. Without use of my car for the entire weekend and lost half a tank of diesel to boot!!!Problem fixed with no compensation for the half a tank of diesel lost.Very poor customer service!!! Did not believe me when I stated the amount of diesel I had lost.What ever happened to the customer is always right?????They have lost a customer and I do not recommend to anyone!!!!!

Staff and management are awesome. They looked after my Mazda 3 like they owned it. Deon, Wayne & Kristen run a very tight ship.

Not impressed at all. My daughter who is on her red p plates took her car here for a service. About 3 weeks later her car sounded strange n was slow.. checked oil absolutely dry. Apparently a service doesn't include oil how ridiculous. Typical of a mechanic yo rip people off. Very hard to find an honest one on peninsula ...

I literally rolled in here as the closest mechanic I saw, with stinking clutch and no power.Entered the office and the staff were friendly and nice. Explained what was happening with my car, he said one sec I'll get the guys to try take it for a quick drive. A few minutes later, he told me I needed a clutch replacement, explained the process, how long it would take,and how much it would cost. Gave them the go ahead. They're a few seconds from the shopping centre but offered me a lift anyway, or a lift to anywhere else I wanted to go. When I rang in they updated me on the shipping of the part and Kristin was super lovely. They also didn't give me a false quick timeline on it being fixed. They gave me a should have it done by this day

A 78 year old lady, screw in the tyre, in the thickest part of the tread. She was charged $35 on her invoice for a full puncture repair. As per the photos it is obvious the screw never punctured. $35 to pull the screw out and give her vehicle back. Seperate note, the age cracks in her tyres were never mentioned either.This business has dishonest reviews from years ago.. nothing has changed.Dishonest and disappointing. It's sad to see there is still businesses operating like this. The business owner and their team should be ashamed.

I have been using Wayne Lloyds to service my car for about eight years now. I have always been looked after and never ever had a problem either mechanically or financially. Wayne and Dion are always very friendly and I like I can rely on them to look after my car as I am a 'I put petrol in it and drive it (occasionally pump up tyres)' kind of driver. I know little about cars and have never been taken advantaged of. They have helped extend the life of my Toyota for which I am grateful. I would highly recommend Wayne Lloyd's if you are looking for a reliable, friendly mechanic.

I went to Lloyds for front tyres change and while doing the change, their mechanics noticed a big knot on my rear tyre, and change the tyre out for me. My car was recently serviced at VW Kipparing, and obviously didn't do proper checks. Now I only get my tyre's and service from Lloyds
