The wait for food wasn’t the worst but definitely could have been better, I ate there the other night and while the design was nice, the food was just plain bland. It had no flavour at all considering the look of it and I also saw the bread rolls on the floor in the middle of a door way. They definitely could have been placed someplace else because of any workers tripping. The workers were nice and also very polite which is a good thing but personally I would not come here again.

Staff are nice. I had the sunset burger. Meat was bland, a lot of cos Lettuce and too much avocado on the burger as when I cut the burger in half everything was falling apart. And didn't have a fork at the tables, so I had to use my fingers to pick the rest up.We also got the sharing chips. I do like the zucchini thing, but there was just a bit too much seasoning on the normal chips. We got the herb sauce, and it was a bit too lemony for my liking. And I feel the hype about this place was underwhelming.

So the service was pretty meh... The food was ok but definitely not great, and the atmosphere was pretty bland... I'd go there again, just with lower expectations! Also, our meal took forever to come! Definitely don't go there if you're in a hurry!!!!!!!

Delicious burgers! The service was lovely too! But the zucchini chips were a bit too oily( the cup had a layer of oil at the bottom). Fantastic experience in general.

Everything I loved about this place. Staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Service was on point and was nice and relaxed so felt like I didn't want to leave

We love grill'd albury. We've come nearly every week since they opened, why? Because they understand allergies! They never hesitate to answer questions or correct issues and the staff are incredible. From this allergy family we are so grateful, being able to eat normally" means so much."

Have been to Grill'd so many times and had great experiences however tonight was a little disappointing. I received non vegan cheese on my vegan burger and when i asked if i could please get it made vegan instead the kitchen staff just sloppily scraped it off (half of it still melted on to the patty) and brought it back out with vegan cheese added.I then asked if i could please get a new patty, and instead saying yes the service staff made me feel as though it was a bother and said it would be a long wait so i opted for a refund. The manager Zac was so lovely about it and even gave me a voucher for next time on top of the refund. Shame the kitchen/serving staff werent as helpful as management. Would definitely still go back but hate that i now feel a little anxious about ordering the vegan options. Zac was wonderful however i hope the kitchen staff take a little more care in future.

Would highly recommend. Great friendly service. Fast food delivery. Super fresh and delicious. Served by the franchisee who was very appreciative of our patronage and checked that our meals were all ok. Definitely will return.

Extensive burger options. Caters for all - gluten free buns available, options for vegetarians & vegans. Fast service despite how busy they were. Lots of seating so bookings aren't required (although probably appreciated). Alcoholic drink options available. Although the gluten free burgers didn't look appetising on first look they tasted great.Only down side is value for money could be better.
