Great store, amazing helpful staff.Better than Belconnen by far

I am writing in response to the survey about my recent shopping experience at Super Cheap Auto. I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with the overall experience, which is why I gave a rating of 10.Firstly, I found the store to be well-organized, with clear signage and well-stocked shelves. It was easy to find the items I was looking for and I appreciated the variety of products available. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products, providing me with helpful advice and answering all of my questions.The checkout process was also efficient and seamless, and I appreciated the various payment options available to me. The staff member at the checkout was friendly and polite, making the entire process a positive one.Overall, I found the shopping experience at Super Cheap Auto to be enjoyable, stress-free, and efficient. The combination of well-organized store, knowledgeable staff, and seamless checkout process made my shopping experience a great one. Just popped in to get car cleaning products for my first ever car. The team was so helpful, popped out to take a look at my car so they knew which products would work and then explained how to use everything so I have a gorgeous car. So easy to get help and great advice. Thank you!

Some of their female staff working at the desk are very rude and potentially aggressive, and does not behave in a respectful or polite manner towards ETHNIC minorities.This is very easy to see when you observe how they behave towards people in general as compared to others who are minorities based their race;The individual is extremely impolite and disrespectful, and evidently racist and trying to withhold her aggression .It doesn't take half a brain to see when somebody is acting rude and impolite, and it makes other customers feel uncomfortable also while watching a situation start to unfold when people behave like that.If the situation was to escalate, as do with most racially intolerant rude people, then yes it becomes a scene and a complaint becomes necessary.These sorts of people don't deserve a job in the first place.Abusive and racially intolerant behavior is rare, but it does happen occasionally and i've had situations far worse than this involving aggression and screaming.So i am absolutely assertive that these sorts of behaviours are willful and deliberate.Maybe we should introduce a social credit system at every retail parts store, so people can stay away from social degraded staff and also have them get laid off if they consistently cannot maintain high standards of social manners.I quickly went into the shop to buy a kneeling mat. I tried to buy 2x but they had only 1. No big dramas with item availability. Quickly paid for the item and left.

Lovely and intelligent staff, I was looked after very well by a team member named Muhammad who showed me how to change my light bulb while doing it for me.

Went to the outlet last week , was rather rudely attended to by a lady wearing a grey jacket - must be the supervisor ! However, a young gentleman changed the bulb of my head lights and that was a welcome change . Management definitely needs to teach the senior staff what proper customer service is !!!

I went in to get wiper blades, and the staff were really helpful, and even fitted them ($5) in the rain. Very very impressed. Thanks

Friendly, helpful, and efficient. A few missing price tags (my pet peeve in retail). Still, the service was so friendly it didn't matter :))
