Had my hair long for over 2years just so I could put it up. It looked terrible, so on a whim I called the closest hairdresser ( didn't know them as I was on holiday from interstate) and god bless I got Jess. She listened, looked at the picture I had brought, was happy it would suit me. The rest is one VERY happy customers. Getting a retrim is going to be a problem though, lol. Highly recommended.

If you want blonde foils stay away!I went in for a quote and ended up being charged $100 over what I was quoted for a full head of foils they have left me looking like a tiger due to all the stripes.My hair usually takes an hour to foil - it took 2 people over 1.45min - ok some people take longer than others but the end result left me in shock - my hair was curled so couldn’t really see how bad the color was until I washed it out - I have 3 different lines in my head due to the tech not being able to blend not to mention some cheetah patches somehow formed it looks like I’ve colored my hair at home and not gone to an overpriced salon where I didn’t even get offered a drink?I’ve attempted to contact the manager with zero response they clearly don’t care customers satisfaction or return clients or rectifying their mistakes. Your money is best spent elsewhere!

Staff was friendly and fit me in for a walk-in men's haircut in just 20 minutes. My stylist did a great job, and was one of the fastest haircuts I've had, without sacrificing quality. Definitely recommend :)

Have been a few times and every time I've been super happy and almost surprised at how great my hair looks. I spend more here than I have at other places but it's worth it. I've had my hair done by two staff, both were excellent and easy to talk to

I came in today on the off chance of getting my hair coloured and cut and was able to get straight away, it’s taking me a long time to find a decent hair dresser, but Jess was so lovely and listened to what I was after and my hair feels so soft and healthy and the colour is perfect for summer. I’ll be coming back that’s for sure. Again thank you Jess

My first expereince with the salon and its staff have left me a very happy customer.I've struggled for years to find a good stylist who can work with my hair type (thick and curly), and have ended up with my hair butchered so many times. I contacted the salon and explained what I wanted and they paired me with their curly hair specialist.I was given good pre-appointment information in preparation. My stylist took the time to explain what he was going to do and and reassured me throughout the appointment if I had any concerns.The final result was exactly what i was after, and I will happily become a repeat customer and recommend my friends to this salon
