Northside Offroad - 4x4, Touring, Towing, Roof Racks

I have had very good experiences with these guys. Have always called me back when they said they would. Out of the blue gave me a call regarding the Browns Davies under-body protection a week and a bit after purchasing, just to see how it was going. Great Jobs Fellas!

Ordered a camping fridge was told they didn't have one in stock but had one at their southside warehouse. I paid my deposit and Was told 2 days for delivery to their northside store. 4 days later it still wasn't at their northside store. We had to drive 1.5 hours return to pick it up. When we got it home the fridge was faulty. We returned it to their north side store only to be asked where the 240 volt cable was. It never came with one. They then charged me a $100 restocking fee to get my refund. Rubbish service and very hard to get them on the phone.

Prices are amongst the highest in Brisbane and you are definitely not paying for a better customer service experience. Staff are often unavailable or if they do talk to you they have no idea about anything or their just condescending.They will nevercall you when they say they will. You will have to call them to check up on everything. And prices will drastically change from the time you order them to the you have to pay. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.Go

This would have to one of the most experienced 4x4 shops on the Northside, they ordered Black EGR Roof Racks for my Hilux canopy when arrived they installed them but unfortunately they where silver the reached back out to there supplier and there supplier's where being very difficult about sending the Items that they Actually ordered. They offered to help me out and had the made black at no extra coast to me, Hands down some of the best customer service, and now it all looks mint, while i was there i also had the install a solar cable junction water prof box and all looks like it was ment to be there thanks guy's!!100% Highly Recommend them !

Dropped my car off for a suspension lift and a UHF radio. Collected the car the next day and everything done perfectly. The install work was absolutely immaculate and the ride and level is better than new. Highly recommend these guys for advice, attention to detail and fair price. Very happy. Will be back for more.

Was let down by TJM at coopers plains bad service and they didn't seem to care about the bad experience. Decided to give Hendra a go and the same service (crap) was having a snorkel fitted they asked me if i could take the car 2 days earlier,said it was going to be 2 hours 4 hours later I'm still waiting for the snorkel to be finished. Will never deal with a TJM store agiain.Oh and if you want to wait there is no lounge area, no coffee machine and the water bottle on the fountain was empty do be sure to take a drink with you . Deal with ARB they are much more professional.

Recently ordered a bull bar and suspension lift from this place payed the deposit and booked in for the job 2 weeks later. Followed up in a weeks time and realised they haven't placed the order by the sales person and the second person promised the job can be done in 2 weeks.Followed up this week and realised still the order has not been placed and they said they got the part number wrong and the new lead time is another 8 weeks".Then I decided to cancel the order. Because of their incompetency I didn't feel confident to get them to work on my car. Then I was told that they gonna charge me for cancellation fee. Care factor seems like zero.Always they mentioned we'll look after you but never returned a call and too hard to talk to the manager and always I've been told that "he is busy with another customer". I had to got to the store personally to talk to the manager. Good luck if you have to deal like this for any other issue after the sale.I believe I made a good decision to stay away from this place. I lost some money on my deposit but thats ok.Not a good experience at all.....In Response to the Owners Reply

Great price and service!I enquired at many stores in the brisbane area for some a bullbar and snorkel for my 4wd. After some discussions over the phone and a quote TJM Hendra was the best by price and seemed to have good customer service. The workmanship was top notch and I cannot fault David and his team for their customer service.Highly recommended.
