Tiling was done ok, but the carpet works were really bad. Do not recommend

Had 2 Verishades installed for our sliding doors. The process was very easy, from choosing the style of tracks to the style and color of fabric. Toni from Gepps Carpet Court was very helpful and gave us a very good price compared to other shops. You would think that “Spotlight” would be cheaper but not. Carpet Court had the best price. Ryan also did great, from check measure to installation. He did a great and efficient job.

TERRIBLE! Avoid at all costs! Installers completely missed a whole room, installed 2 planks of flooring that were completely different to the rest in the main living area, massive gaps everywhere between the skirting boards and floors, and damaged paint work. Spent months chasing up the issues and had to get them back 3 times and the work is still mediocre at best. Installers live by the moto “try your best and silicone the rest”.

We had Artloc, Kenbrock hybrid flooring installed in December 2021 by Carpet Court. Less than 2 months later and the floor boards were bubbling and clicking out of place, leaving us with a horrendous bubble in our living room floor and large gaps between the boards. The installer came out and immediately said there was a fault with the product. We rang carpet court Gepps cross who took weeks to organise an inspection with the manufacturer. They told us it would take 4 weeks but it took 9 weeks to get a report. The report said that there should have been an expansion joint installed which Carpet court told us not to. The report also said that we couldn't put our skirtings on top of the flooring however, we followed the installation guide and there was nothing in there about skirtings. When the report came back, the owner told us to go select a new floor and text it to him which we did. He then backflipped and said that we needed to pay for installation which is $2300. We do not believe we should have to pay due to their faulty product. The owners Grant and Mel have been impossible to reach and unprofessional to deal with. I wish we had never gone through Carpet Court to do our flooring and I would advise anyone else to shop somewhere else because if you have any problems, they will not help you. Read the other Google reviews and you will see this is a consistent pattern

Terrible company. The salesman promised installation but the installers say it can't be done. Trying to get a refund and owners keep ignoring me. Every time I get an answer they make up excuses as to why they can refund that day. Avoid at all costs!!!

I just wanted to thank Tony for his exceptional service, helping us to choose exactly the right flooring, colours and even when I freaked out at the end and thought I’d got it all wrong, keeping me on track. Colours are perfect, the quality is great and the installers were really on the mark. Absolutely recommended. I need also mention they came all the way out to Strathalbyn to do the job too.

Just finished a full house vinyl lay. We are very happy with the end result. Credit to the installer Matt who had to deal with 2 major setbacks and the job was completed within the time frame. Lots of patience and his installation experience saved the day. It could have ended badly. Thankyou Matt.

Terrible experience with carpet court staff (Tony) and it’s owner (Grant).To keep this short, I received a phone call from both Tony and owner to remove an honest review in order to resolve an issue when they told me to read the contract after explaining to them a builder scammed me out of 45k and if I could cancel the order to get my money back.After removing the review, owner never called back to resolve the issue. After calling the owner four times to get my money back the owner takes the issue back to square one and refuses to refund the whole amount.Heartless people and pathetic serviceAlso not to mention Tony lying about the availability of a product in the first place and pressuring me to buy it on the spot so I don't go elsewhere.Update Grant keeps harassing me (calling me) and saying he will involve lawyers. If that is the case then what are reviews for.

Was looking for flooring and Carpet Court Gepps Cross were very helpful. Havnt decided which way to go yet however I will be considering them in my final decision.
